Flexus Blok System Wholesale – 1200mAh Refillable Pod Kit with 3 Power Levels

Built from zinc alloy with a compact, block-shaped profile, the Aspire Flexus Blok Pod System Kit runs a 1200mAh battery through a smart three-level power mode. The UK kit ships with a 2ml side-fill pod plus two AF mesh coils (0.6Ω and 1.0Ω), and it can be fired by inhaling or by pressing the button. Find it in our trade pod kits collection.

Because the battery recharges and the coils and pod are replaceable, this is a reusable device, not a single-use vape, so the 1 June 2025 UK ban does not affect it. If customers wonder how long does the Flexus Blok battery last, the 1200mAh cell is the largest in the Flexus kits we stock. Replacement coils come from our Flexus AF coils collection and spare pods from Aspire replacement pods. Looking at the Flexus Blok vs Cyber X? Both offer draw or button firing, but the Blok adds 200mAh and press-fit AF coils. This device also appears as the Flexus Blok Pod Vape Kit listing.

We are an Aspire wholesale UK stockist carrying all six colours. Order via our vape wholesale UK catalogue, use the vape wholesale Manchester delivery service, or bulk buy vapes UK-wide, and pick up 20mg salts in our nic salt wholesale range for MTL use on the 1.0Ω coil.

Key Features & Benefits

High-capacity 1200mAh cell

More charge than the Flexus Q or Flexus Peak, so it suits customers who vape steadily.

Smart three-level power

Choose a gentler or stronger vape with three power settings, no screen required.

Inhale or press to fire

Dual activation: auto-draw for simplicity, or the button when the user wants it.

AF mesh coils, 0.6Ω and 1.0Ω

Both resistances are in the box, covering a tight MTL draw and a warmer, looser one.

Press-fit coil changes

AF coils push into the pod, so the pod is reused and only the coil is replaced.

2ml side-fill pod

Fills through a side port and meets the UK 2ml TPD limit.

Adjustable top airflow

Air enters from the top, with control to fine-tune the draw.

Weighty metal build

An 85g zinc-alloy chassis that charges over USB Type-C.

What Makes It Different

Most battery in the Flexus coil system

The Blok's 1200mAh cell beats the 700mAh Flexus Q and 1000mAh Flexus Peak, and all three share AF coils. Shops can upsell heavier users to the Blok without changing the coils they stock.

Dual firing in one device

Auto-draw suits customers coming from disposables, and the button suits those who prefer to control each puff. The Blok does both, which widens who it suits.

Complete starter set in the box

With a 2ml pod, two AF mesh coils and a USB-C cable included, a customer can try both resistances before buying spare coils.

Why Choose It?

1200mAh battery for longer between charges
Two AF mesh coils included
Draw or button firing
Six colours to choose from
Reusable and refillable, so not affected by the single-use ban
