Flexus Blok Wholesale – 1200mAh Zinc-Alloy Pod Kit with Dual Firing

The Aspire Flexus Blok is a squared-off, zinc-alloy pod kit with a 1200mAh battery and a smart three-level power mode. Its 2ml refillable pod takes AF mesh coils, with 0.6Ω and 1.0Ω coils in the box, and it fires either on the inhale or at the press of a button. It is one of the larger-battery devices in our wholesale pod kits UK range.

With a rechargeable battery, refillable pod and replaceable coils, the Flexus Blok is not a single-use vape, so the UK ban from 1 June 2025 does not apply. Spare coils come from our Aspire AF mesh coils line, and customers asking which coils fit the Flexus Blok need the AF series. In a Flexus Blok vs Flexus Peak comparison, the Blok brings a bigger 1200mAh cell and a fire button, while the Peak is a 1000mAh, draw-activated option. The same device is also listed as the Flexus Blok Pod System Kit.

As an Aspire wholesale supplier UK retailers can rely on, we stock all six Blok colours. Buy through our vape wholesale UK range or our vape wholesale Manchester service, bulk buy vapes UK-wide, and add 50/50 or salt e-liquids from our nic salt wholesale range to suit the 1.0Ω coil.

Key Features & Benefits

1200mAh battery

The largest cell in the Flexus line-up we stock, for fewer charges through the day.

Auto-draw or button firing

Adults can simply inhale, or use the button for more control over each puff.

Smart three-level power

Three power settings let the user choose a cooler or warmer vape for the fitted coil.

Two AF mesh coils included

0.6Ω and 1.0Ω coils come in the box, so customers can try both draw styles straight away.

Replaceable AF coils

Only the coil needs changing when flavour fades, using the same AF series as other Flexus kits.

Side filling port

The 2ml pod fills from the side, which keeps the mouthpiece area dry.

Top airflow with control

Airflow enters at the top and can be adjusted to tighten or loosen the draw.

What Makes It Different

Bigger battery in the Flexus family

At 1200mAh, the Blok holds more charge than the Flexus Q (700mAh) or Flexus Peak (1000mAh), while still using the same AF coils, so it suits heavier users within the same coil system.

Two ways to fire

Auto-draw makes it easy for newcomers, and the fire button gives experienced adults control over when the coil heats. Both work on the same device, so one kit covers both types of customer.

Solid zinc-alloy build

The 85g metal chassis and squared shape feel sturdy in the hand and give the Blok a distinct look on a display stand.
