Aura Bar Twist 40K Wholesale – 40,000-Puff Twist-Switch Dual Pod Kit, 24ml

The Crystal Prime Aura Bar Twist 40K is a rechargeable dual-flavour pod kit rated at up to 40,000 puffs. It runs two 2ml prefilled mesh-coil pods, each topped up from its own 10ml container, so one device carries 24ml of 20mg/ml nicotine salt. A twist of the mouthpiece moves between the two flavours. It is the headline device in our Aura Bar wholesale UK range.

40,000puffs per kit (up to)

24ml2 x (2ml pod + 10ml)

850mAhUSB-C battery

20mgnicotine salt

An 850mAh battery charges over USB-C, and an LED screen shows battery level and usage, so customers keep the same device and fit a fresh set of Aura Bar Twist 40K replacement pods when both sides run dry. Note that the smaller Aura Bar 10K pods do not fit this device. Because it is rechargeable with swappable pods, it remains a legal refillable pod vape kit UK retailers can sell after the 1 June 2025 single-use ban. For buyers asking how many puffs in an Aura Bar Twist 40K, the FAQ explains the rating, and the Aura Bar Twist 40K vs Twister Bar Ace 40K comparison sets it against another 40K twist kit.

Each variant is one fixed pairing, such as Spearmint / Fresh Mint or Cherry Ice / Cherry Cola, packed five kits to a box. Shops can add it to a vape wholesale UK order, bulk buy vapes UK-wide across all 15 pairings, or order through our vape wholesale Manchester service.

Key Features & Benefits

Twist-switch dual flavour

Rotate the mouthpiece to change between the two flavours, with no pods to pull out or swap mid-session.

24ml on board

Two 2ml pods each draw from a 10ml container, keeping the pods within TPD's 2ml limit while the kit lasts far longer.

Up to 40,000 puffs

The retailer-quoted rating per kit means fewer device changes for high-use adult customers.

Rechargeable 850mAh battery

Charges over USB-C and is kept for use with new pod sets instead of being thrown away.

LED screen

Shows battery level and usage at a glance, so users know when to charge or reorder pods.

Adjustable airflow

Lets adults tune the draw from tighter to more open within a mouth-to-lung style.

Mesh coils built into the pods

Each new pod set brings fresh coils, so there are no coil heads to buy or fit.

Box of 5, one pairing per box

Keeps trade ordering and shelf counts simple across the 15 pairings.

What Makes It Different

Two flavours, one twist

Each Twist 40K carries two different flavours in separate pods. Turning the mouthpiece selects the other side, so adults can change taste without removing anything or carrying a second device.

Long life from a TPD layout

UK rules cap pods at 2ml, so the Twist 40K pairs each 2ml pod with a sealed 10ml container that tops it up. That gives 24ml per kit and a rating of up to 40,000 puffs while every pod stays within the limit.

A kit built for repeat pod sales

The 850mAh battery is rechargeable, and matching Twist 40K pod sets replace both sides at once. Shops that stock the pods alongside the kit give customers a reason to come back for refills rather than a new device.

Who It's For

Adults who like variety

Two flavours on one device suits adult vapers who switch between, say, a mint and a fruit through the day.

Heavy users

With 24ml on board, the Twist 40K suits adults who get through a lot of e-liquid and want fewer device changes.

Vape shops and convenience retailers

Fixed pairings are easy to explain at the counter, and stocking the matching pods builds repeat trade.

How to Use

Confirm you are 18 or over and already use nicotine.
Unbox the kit and remove any seals from the pods and mouthpiece.
Check the LED screen and charge with a USB-C cable if the battery is low.
Twist the mouthpiece to choose a flavour, and set the airflow to suit your draw.
Inhale gently; the device fires as you draw.
When both sides are used up, fit a new Aura Bar Twist 40K pod set and keep the device.
