Elf Bar AF5500 Wholesale – 5,500-Puff 1000mAh Auto-Refill Pod Kit, 10 Flavours

The Elf Bar AF5500 is a compact, rechargeable pod kit built around Elf Bar's 12ml auto-refill layout: a 2ml prefilled pod of 20mg/ml nic salt sits on top of a 10ml container that keeps it topped up, for a manufacturer estimate of up to 5,500 puffs. A 1000mAh battery charges over USB-C, so the same device carries on when the pod is swapped. It is a straightforward, single-flavour auto-refill pod vape UK shops can sell at an entry price, and a natural addition to any wholesale Elf Bar UK order.

1000mAhUSB-C battery

There are no buttons or settings: the kit fires when you draw and the airflow is fixed, which keeps it simple for adults who just want a familiar Elf Bar flavour in a smaller body. At around 96mm tall it slips into a pocket more easily than larger big-puff kits. Weighing up AF5500 vs Lost Mary BM6000? Both use a 2ml pod with a 10ml container; the AF5500 brings a bigger 1000mAh battery, while the BM6000 quotes a slightly higher puff figure. On how long does an Elf Bar AF5500 last, Elf Bar's guide is up to 5,500 puffs per kit.

Six of the ten flavours are iced, which makes it a strong pick for shops whose customers lean towards cool, fruity profiles. We sell it in boxes of 5 kits per flavour, so retailers who bulk buy vapes UK-wide can add it to a wider vape wholesale UK order, and trade customers sourcing vape wholesale Manchester stock can cover the full range. Stock matching prefilled pods alongside so AF5500 owners can keep using their device.

Key Features & Benefits

1000mAh rechargeable battery

A larger cell than many compact kits, recharged over USB-C so the device lasts through several pods.

12ml auto-refill system

A 10ml container feeds the 2ml prefilled pod automatically, so there are no bottles to open or drips to clean up.

Replaceable prefilled pod

When the e-liquid runs out, a fresh AF5500 pod and container go on and the device keeps going.

QUAQ mesh coil

The mesh coil inside each pod heats evenly for a consistent mouth-to-lung draw.

20mg/ml nicotine salt

UK maximum strength in a smooth nic salt formula.

Draw-activated, fixed airflow

Nothing to set up or adjust; inhale and it fires.

Compact 96mm body

Smaller than most 2ml-plus-10ml kits, so it sits comfortably in a pocket.

Box of 5 kits

Five kits of one flavour per box gives an entry-level unit price and simple reordering.

What Makes It Different

Big-puff layout in a smaller kit

The AF5500 uses the same 2ml-pod-plus-10ml-container idea as larger kits but in a body around 96mm tall. Customers get 12ml of e-liquid without carrying a bulky device.

A 1000mAh battery for fewer recharges

A 1000mAh cell is generous for a kit of this size, so most adult users can get through a good stretch of the 12ml before plugging in again.

A tight, iced-led flavour list

Ten flavours, six of them iced, keep the range focused on the cool fruit profiles many adult vapers ask for, which keeps shelf space and stock simple to manage.

Make sure the 2ml pod and 10ml container are fitted securely to the device.
