Aegis Hero 5 Wholesale – 2000mAh 50W Refillable Pod Kit with A-Lock Button

The Geekvape Aegis Hero 5 is a rugged, button-fired pod mod that runs up to 50W from a 2000mAh built-in battery. It takes Geekvape B Series coils in a top-filled pod, so it suits customers who have outgrown simple MTL pods and want restricted or direct-lung vapour from a compact Aegis body, and it sits in our Geekvape pod kits wholesale range.

0.2Ω / 0.4ΩB Series Boost coils

Two Boost coils ship in the kit: a 0.2Ω coil pre-installed for direct-lung vaping and a 0.4Ω spare for a more restricted draw. Re-orders come from our Geekvape B Series coils stock, and the FAQ explains which coils fit the Aegis Hero 5. Shops that still sell the original Aegis Hero pod kit will find the Hero 5 a bigger-battery, higher-wattage step up, while buyers weighing Aegis Hero 5 vs Obelisk 65 FC are comparing two Geekvape B-coil devices with similar battery sizes.

Being rechargeable and refillable, it is not affected by the 1 June 2025 single-use vape ban. Stock it alongside the rest of our vape kits wholesale lines, order through our vape wholesale UK catalogue, use vape wholesale Manchester delivery for local counters, or bulk buy vapes UK-wide across seven finishes. Pair the 0.4Ω coil with 50/50 liquids or salts from our nic salt wholesale range at sensible wattages, and the 0.2Ω coil with higher-VG freebase.

Key Features & Benefits

2000mAh built-in battery

A large internal cell for a pod device, recharged over USB-C rather than swapped out.

Adjustable output up to 50W

Wattage can be set to match the coil, from lower settings for the 0.4Ω coil up to 50W for the 0.2Ω.

B Series Boost coils

A 0.2Ω coil comes fitted and a 0.4Ω spare is in the box, both from Geekvape's replaceable B Series.

Replaceable coils, not whole pods

Only the coil needs changing when flavour fades, which keeps running costs down for regular customers.

Adjustable top airflow

An airflow control ring on top lets users move between a tighter restricted draw and a looser direct-lung pull.

Top-side fill pod

The 2ml UK pod fills from the top and attaches magnetically, so refilling and swapping is quick.

A-Lock and shockproof build

A lock switch stops the fire button pressing in a pocket, inside a shockproof Aegis-style body.

5V/2A USB-C charging

Type-C charging at 2A, with a digital display showing the device status.

What Makes It Different

Pod-mod power in an Aegis shell

Many pod kits in our range top out at 30W or lower. The Hero 5 reaches 50W from its own battery, giving direct-lung vapour without the size of a box mod and tank.

Coil-based, so cheaper to run

Because the coil pulls out and the pod stays, customers re-buy small B Series coils rather than full pods, a repeat sale that is easy to stock.

Built to be carried

The shockproof body and A-Lock switch suit customers who keep their device in a work bag or pocket and want the button protected.

Who It's For

Direct-lung vapers

The 0.2Ω coil and up to 50W suit adults who prefer big vapour from higher-VG freebase liquids.

Customers stepping up from MTL pods

The 0.4Ω coil and an adjustable airflow ring give a middle ground before going fully direct-lung.

Trades and outdoor workers

A shockproof, button-locked body is a practical pick for anyone who is hard on their kit.

How to Use

Confirm the customer is 18 or over and already uses nicotine.
Charge the device fully over USB-C before first use.
Fill the 2ml pod from the top with e-liquid suited to the fitted coil.
Leave a new coil around five minutes to soak before the first puff.
Set the wattage within the coil's range and adjust the top airflow ring.
Use the A-Lock switch when carrying it, and change the coil when flavour fades.
