Aegis One Wholesale – 780mAh MTL Pod Kit with Button or Auto-Draw Firing

The Geekvape Aegis One is a compact mouth-to-lung pod kit built around a zinc-alloy body with a padded leather section. A 780mAh built-in battery, three voltage levels and the choice of firing on the draw or by button make it a flexible MTL device for our MTL pod kits wholesale range.

Two pods come in the box, rated 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω, with the resistance printed on the base, so customers can pick a slightly warmer or a tighter, cooler draw. When those wear out, re-orders come from our Geekvape replacement pods and coils range, and the FAQ covers which pods suit the Aegis One. It charges over USB-C at 2A, and as a rechargeable, refillable kit it is not affected by the 1 June 2025 single-use vape ban. Retailers comparing Aegis One vs Xros 2 will find two MTL kits that both fire by button or draw; the Aegis One trades some battery capacity for Geekvape's rugged Aegis styling.

The kit is listed in five finishes within our Geekvape wholesale UK stock. Order through our vape wholesale UK catalogue, use vape wholesale Manchester delivery for local shops, or bulk buy vapes UK-wide, and add 10ml salts from our nic salt wholesale range, which suit the Aegis One's MTL pods.

What Makes It Different

Two firing styles in one device

Many entry MTL kits are draw-only. The Aegis One also has a fire button, so customers who like control over each puff are covered.

Voltage, not wattage

Three simple voltage settings are easier to explain at the counter than a full wattage menu, while still letting adults adjust the vape.

Built for daily carry

A zinc-alloy frame with a leather grip section gives a heavier, more solid feel than all-plastic pod kits.

Why Choose It?

Draw or button firing
0.8Ω and 1.2Ω pods both in the box
Three voltage levels
Metal body with leather grip
Rechargeable and refillable, so not affected by the single-use ban

Who It's For

Nic salt MTL vapers

The fixed MTL airflow and 0.8Ω/1.2Ω pods pair naturally with 10ml nic salt e-liquids.

Adults who want a sturdier kit

A metal frame suits customers who find lightweight plastic pods too fragile.

Customers moving from disposables

Draw activation works straight out of the box, with the button there once they want it.

How to Use

Confirm the customer is 18 or over and already uses nicotine.
Charge the device fully through USB-C before first use.
Pull off the mouthpiece and fill the pod with e-liquid, then refit it.
Leave the pod about five minutes so the coil soaks before the first puff.
Choose a voltage level and vape by drawing or pressing the fire button.
Swap to the other pod or a fresh one when flavour fades.
