IVG XL Wholesale – 35,000-Puff Rechargeable Pod Kit with 22ml E-Liquid

The IVG XL 35K is the largest-capacity IVG kit in our range: a 2ml dual-mesh pod backed by two 10ml refill containers, giving 22ml of 20mg nic salt and a rating of up to 35,000 puffs. A 1000mAh USB-C battery, a screen and switchable Eco and Boost modes make it a headline big puff prefilled pod vape UK line and the flagship of any IVG kits wholesale UK order.

The XL is built for adults who vape a lot and want to change things as rarely as possible. Its battery recharges over USB-C and the pod is replaced, not the device, so it is not a single-use vape and stays legal after the UK ban that began on 1 June 2025. When the e-liquid is gone, customers move on to IVG replacement pods. If you are comparing IVG XL 35K vs Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25K, both pair a 2ml dual-mesh pod with two 10ml containers; the XL has the higher puff rating, the Hayati the larger 1250mAh battery. Want to know how many puffs in the IVG XL 35K you can realistically expect? See the FAQ below.

For a smaller 12ml IVG kit with the same Eco and Boost idea, look at the IVG Smart Max 10K. Retailers building a high-capacity shelf of pod vape kits can order the XL in packs of 5 from our vape wholesale UK range, with delivery for vape wholesale Manchester buyers and shops nationwide that bulk buy vapes UK-wide.

What Makes It Different

22ml in one box

Many 10K-class pod kits carry 12ml. The XL ships with two 10ml containers alongside the 2ml pod, which is where its 35,000-puff rating comes from. Customers get a long run from a single kit before they need to buy again.

Choose the strength of each puff

Eco mode keeps power down to make the battery and e-liquid last, while Boost lifts the output for a fuller hit and thicker vapour. The screen shows which mode is active, so it is easy to switch to suit the moment.

Big capacity, still TPD compliant

The pod holds 2ml and each refill container holds 10ml, matching the UK limits for tanks and refill containers. The extra volume comes from the second container rather than a larger tank, so the kit meets Tobacco Products Directive rules.

Why Choose It?

About £6.00 per kit when bought in packs of 5
Up to 35,000 puffs from 22ml of e-liquid
Eco and Boost modes with an on-screen readout
Rechargeable device with replaceable pods, so less waste
TPD-compliant 20mg nic salt for adult customers (18+)

In the Box

5 x IVG XL 35K kits in your chosen flavour
Each kit: 1 x XL device, 1 x 2ml prefilled pod, 2 x 10ml refill containers, 1 x user manual

Who It's For

Heavy daily vapers

With 22ml of e-liquid and a 35,000-puff rating, it suits adults who get through e-liquid quickly and want fewer top-ups.

Adults who like control

Eco and Boost modes let customers choose a lighter or stronger draw without learning wattage settings.

Shops selling premium pod kits

A recognised UK brand at the top of the puff scale, ideal as a step-up option next to 10K kits.

How to Use

Confirm you are 18 or over and already use nicotine.
Unbox the device, pod and refill containers and remove any seals or bungs.
Fit the pod and a 10ml refill container into the device as shown in the user manual, keeping the second container for later.
Check the screen and charge with a USB-C cable if the battery is low.
Choose Eco or Boost mode with the button, then inhale through the mouthpiece.
When the e-liquid runs out, fit the second refill container as the manual directs; once both are used, fit a new IVG pod.
