Oneo Wholesale – 1600mAh 40W Refillable Pod Kit with Side-Fill Cartridge

The Oxva Oneo is a 40W pod system that puts a 1600mAh built-in battery inside an aluminium chassis measuring 102 x 32.5 x 23mm. Its coil is built into the cartridge, so customers swap the whole pod rather than a separate head, and a cut-out in the frame shows how much e-liquid is left. It brings more power and battery than the stick-style Xlim kits to our Oxva vape kits wholesale range.

0.4–0.8Ωcartridge options

Oneo cartridges come in 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω versions and the UK cartridge holds 2ml, filled from the side. Customers re-order from our Oxva replacement pods range, and the FAQ explains which cartridges fit the Oneo. Looking at the Oxva Oneo vs Xlim Pro? The Xlim Pro is a slimmer 1000mAh, 30W stick, while the Oneo trades some pocket size for 1600mAh and up to 40W, which suits the lower-resistance 0.4Ω cartridge.

The Oneo recharges over USB-C and its cartridges are replaceable and refillable, so it is unaffected by the 1 June 2025 single-use vape ban. Six colours are listed, sold per kit. Order it through our wholesale pod kits section, the vape wholesale UK range and vape wholesale Manchester service, bulk buy vapes UK-wide, and add nic salt wholesale e-liquids for the 0.8Ω cartridge.

Key Features & Benefits

1600mAh built-in battery

A bigger cell than typical 1000mAh pod sticks, recharged through USB-C.

5–40W output

Power for the 0.4Ω cartridge at the top end and gentler settings for the 0.8Ω.

Coil-in-cartridge design

The coil is built into each Oneo cartridge, so a change is one quick pod swap.

Three cartridge resistances

0.4Ω, 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω Oneo cartridges cover warmer DTL through to MTL-style vaping.

Side-fill 2ml UK cartridge

The TPD version holds 2ml and refills from the side.

E-liquid level window

A cut-out in the frame shows how much liquid is left in the cartridge.

Aluminium chassis

A metal body measuring 102 x 32.5 x 23mm.

Visible liquid level

The frame cut-out lets customers see when it is time to refill without removing the cartridge.

Shops wanting simple re-orders

One cartridge range, three resistances, no separate coils to stock.
