Acro Wholesale – 1000mAh Refillable MTL Pod Kit with OLED Screen & Air Fire

The SMOK Acro is a slim, adjustable pod kit for adult mouth-to-lung vapers who want more control than a basic pen without moving to a sub-ohm device. Inside its 103 x 30.2 x 11.2mm body is a 1000mAh battery with a 5–25W range, a 0.69-inch OLED screen and an airflow switch on the back. The refillable 2ml pod carries a 0.8Ω mesh coil and fills from the side. It adds a feature-rich MTL option to our wholesale pod kits range.

The Acro charges over USB-C and uses replaceable pods, so it is a reusable device and is not affected by the UK ban on single-use vapes that started on 1 June 2025. Customers can vape by pressing the fire button or simply inhale, and the button can be locked off for draw-only use. Matching heads and pods sit in our SMOK pods and coils range. Thinking about the Acro vs Solus 2? The Solus 2 is cheaper and fully button-free, while the Acro adds a larger 1000mAh battery, adjustable wattage, a screen and an airflow control. For the quick answer on which pods fit the SMOK Acro, check the FAQ below.

The Acro suits shops that want a step-up kit for nic salt customers, so stock it with 10ml bottles from our nic salt wholesale range. It sits within the wider SMOK vape kits wholesale collection. Retailers order through our vape wholesale UK service, and those near the North West often use vape wholesale Manchester delivery to bulk buy vapes UK stock in mixed colours.

Key Features & Benefits

1000mAh built-in battery

Enough capacity for a full day of MTL use for many adult vapers, recharged through the USB-C port.

Adjustable 5–25W output

Set the power in 1W steps with the up and down buttons; SMOK recommends 12–15W for the supplied 0.8Ω pods.

Button or draw firing

Fire with the button or just inhale, and switch the button off for Air Fire Only use.

0.8Ω mesh coil pods

Two 2ml Acro mesh pods come in the kit, so a spare is ready when the first coil fades.

Adjustable airflow

A switch on the back opens or tightens the airflow for a firmer or looser mouth-to-lung draw.

0.69-inch OLED screen

A compact display for checking the device status, including battery level.

Side-fill pod

Lift the rubber plug on the side of the pod to refill without removing it from the device.

What Makes It Different

Two ways to fire

The Acro works with the fire button or as a draw-activated device. Customers who prefer a disposable-style experience can switch the button off and just inhale, while others keep button control.

Adjustable, but still simple

With 5–25W in 1W steps, an OLED readout and an airflow switch, adult vapers can fine-tune the draw and warmth of their nic salt without a menu-heavy device.

A spare pod in every kit

Each kit includes two 0.8Ω mesh Acro pods, so customers have a fresh coil ready on day one and a clear reason to come back for more pods.

How to Use

Confirm you are 18 or over and already use nicotine.
Charge the Acro with the USB-C cable before first use.
Lift the rubber plug on the side of the pod and fill with e-liquid, then close it firmly.
Leave the newly filled pod for a few minutes so the mesh coil can soak.
Insert the pod and set the wattage, starting at about 12W for the 0.8Ω pod.
Adjust the airflow switch to your preferred draw, then press the button or simply inhale.
