Novo 4 Mini Wholesale – 900mAh 25W Refillable Pod Kit with Airflow Dial

The SMOK Novo 4 Mini packs a 900mAh battery into a slimmer body than the Novo 4, yet keeps the parts that matter for re-orders: a refillable 2ml pod and replaceable LP1 coils. It is draw-activated, has an airflow dial and ships with two 0.9Ω LP1 Meshed MTL coils for a classic mouth-to-lung pull. It suits any shop sourcing refillable pod kits wholesale.

0.9ΩLP1 Meshed MTL coil

Rechargeable and refillable, the Novo 4 Mini is not affected by the ban on single-use vapes that came in on 1 June 2025. For repeat sales, stock SMOK LP1 replacement coils: the same series fits the Novo 4, Nfix Pro and RPM 25W. Customers asking what coil does the Novo 4 Mini use will find the full list in our FAQ. On Novo 4 Mini vs Novo 4, the Mini trades the screen for a simple LED and a 900mAh cell, while the Novo 4 adds wattage readouts and a puff counter.

With 0.9Ω MTL coils supplied, it is a natural partner for our nic salt wholesale range. Ten finishes, mostly SMOK's Cobra pattern, make it a strong SMOK wholesale UK line for counters. Order from our vape wholesale UK catalogue, bulk buy vapes UK-wide, or use vape wholesale Manchester delivery with mixed colours in one order.

Key Features & Benefits

900mAh battery

A bigger cell than the Novo 4's 800mAh, so adults can get through a full day of MTL vaping on one charge.

6W to 25W output

A wide power range for the different LP1 coils, from tight MTL to slightly airier mesh options.

LP1 coil series

Coils swap out of the pod, so customers replace a coil rather than the pod, and one coil line covers several SMOK kits.

Two 0.9Ω LP1 Meshed MTL coils

Supplied in the kit for a smooth, restricted draw that suits nic salt e-liquids.

Adjustable airflow dial

Lets adults tighten or loosen the draw to match the coil and their own preference.

Draw-activated

No fire button to hold, so it works straight out of the box for people new to refillable kits.

USB-C charging and LED indicator

A modern charging port and a simple light that shows battery status.

Slim zinc-alloy body

About 91.6 x 24.5 x 16mm, with a metal chassis that sits easily in a pocket.

What Makes It Different

Bigger battery, smaller body

The Novo 4 Mini carries 900mAh against the Novo 4's 800mAh while being slimmer, so customers do not trade battery life for portability.

Same coils as the Novo 4

Because both kits run LP1 coils, a shop that stocks one coil range can support Novo 4, Novo 4 Mini, Nfix Pro and RPM 25W owners from the same shelf.

Simple to use, still adjustable

There is no screen to learn, just an LED, but the airflow dial means adults can still tune the draw to suit the coil.

Who It's For

Adults switching from disposables

A draw-activated MTL kit with a familiar feel and refillable pods for adults who already use nicotine.

Nic salt users who want a longer battery

900mAh and 0.9Ω MTL coils suit steady daily use with 10–20mg salts.

Retailers already stocking LP1 coils

Add the kit and keep coil re-orders on the same product line.

How to Use

Confirm you are 18 or over and already use nicotine.
Charge the Novo 4 Mini over USB-C before first use.
Push an LP1 coil into the pod if one is not already fitted.
Fill the pod with e-liquid up to 2ml and leave it for about five minutes so the coil soaks.
Insert the pod and set the airflow dial to your preferred draw.
Inhale to vape. Change the LP1 coil when the flavour fades or tastes burnt.
