Novo 4 Wholesale – 800mAh 25W Refillable Pod Kit with LP1 Coils & Screen

The SMOK Novo 4 is the point where the Novo range gains real control. An 800mAh battery powers 5–25W in 0.5W steps, a front dial adjusts the airflow, and a small screen shows wattage, battery, resistance and a puff counter. The 2ml pod takes replaceable LP1 coils, so customers change the coil, not the pod. It is a solid all-rounder for any pod kits wholesale order.

0.8ΩLP1 mesh coil

Being rechargeable with a refillable pod and swappable coils, the Novo 4 is unaffected by the 1 June 2025 ban on single-use vapes. Coil re-orders run on the SMOK LP1 coil series, which also fits the Novo 4 Mini, Nfix Pro and RPM 25W, and our FAQ covers which coils fit the Novo 4 in detail. Weighing up Novo 4 vs Novo 4 Mini? The Mini is slimmer with a 900mAh cell and a simple LED, while the Novo 4 adds the screen and finer wattage control.

The 0.8Ω mesh coil supplied suits lower-strength nic salts, so stock it beside our nic salt wholesale bottles. Ten finishes, from Carbon Fiber to Stablizing Wood, make it easy to build a SMOK vape kits UK trade display. Key Features & Benefits

Adjustable 5–25W output

Wattage moves in 0.5W steps, so adults can fine-tune warmth and vapour for each coil.

Replaceable LP1 coils

Change the coil instead of the whole pod, which keeps running costs down and pods in use for longer.

Airflow dial on the front

Turn it to go from a tight mouth-to-lung pull to a looser restricted lung draw.

Informative screen

Shows wattage, battery percentage, coil resistance and a puff counter at a glance.

Draw-activated with button lock

It fires as you inhale; five clicks power it on or off and two clicks unlock wattage changes, which helps prevent accidental adjustments.

800mAh battery, USB-C

Charges over Type-C, with one UK reviewer reporting a full charge typically took under 45 minutes.

2ml refillable pod

The pod holds 2ml, in line with UK TPD rules, and is reusable with fresh coils.

Ten finishes

Cobra, Stablizing Wood, Carbon Fiber, Fluid and Armour designs give plenty of choice on the shelf.

What Makes It Different

Coil-based, not pod-based

Earlier Novo kits have the coil sealed in the pod. The Novo 4 uses separate LP1 coils, so a pod lasts through many coil changes and customers buy coils in five-packs instead of whole pods.

More data than most pod kits

Alongside wattage and battery, the screen shows coil resistance and a puff counter. It helps adults track their use and spot when a coil needs changing.

Tune the draw

The airflow dial and 0.5W steps give a wider range than draw-only Novo models, so the same kit can be set tight for nic salts or opened up a little.

Who It's For

Adults ready to move beyond a basic pod

Wattage and airflow control with a clear screen, without the size of a pod mod.

Customers who want lower running costs

Replaceable coils mean the pod is reused, so ongoing spend is on coils rather than full pods.

Shops stocking LP1 coils

One coil line supports several SMOK kits, which simplifies re-ordering.

How to Use

Confirm you are 18 or over and already use nicotine.
Charge the Novo 4 over USB-C, then click the button five times to switch it on.
Check an LP1 coil is fitted in the pod, then fill the pod with e-liquid up to 2ml.
Leave the filled pod for about five minutes so the new coil soaks.
Click twice to unlock wattage, set a low value within the coil's range and lock it again.
Set the airflow dial, then draw to vape. Replace the LP1 coil when flavour fades.
