SMOK RPM160 Wholesale – 160W Dual-18650 Refillable Pod Mod with Mesh Coils

The SMOK RPM160 wholesale kit packs box-mod power into a pod body. Two external 18650 batteries feed a 5–160W IQ-160 chipset, and the pod runs SMOK's 0.15Ω RPM160 Mesh coil for warm, dense direct-to-lung vapour. For UK sale it uses the TPD version of the pod, with a silicone insert that limits it to 2ml. It sits at the top end of our high-power pod mod kits line-up.

The RPM160 is rechargeable and refillable, with replaceable coils and pods, so it is a reusable device and not caught by the 1 June 2025 single-use vape ban. Trade buyers comparing SMOK RPM 160 vs RPM 80 Pro will find the RPM160 doubles the power with two cells, while the RPM 80 Pro is lighter on one 18650. If customers ask what coils go in the RPM160, the FAQ below has the answer, and you can stock heads from our SMOK replacement coils range.

Because it is built for sub-ohm DTL vaping, it pairs naturally with higher-VG liquids such as our 100ml e-liquids. Shops can order it through our vape wholesale UK catalogue, use our vape wholesale Manchester range for North West deliveries, and bulk buy vapes UK-wide across all four carbon fibre finishes.

Key Features & Benefits

Dual 18650 battery bay

Runs on two swappable 18650 cells, so a fresh pair can go in when the first set runs low.

5–160W IQ-160 chipset

Variable wattage in 1W steps, from a moderate DTL draw right up to very high power.

0.15Ω RPM160 Mesh coil

A low-resistance mesh head made for dense clouds and full flavour on direct-to-lung draws.

Two coils in the kit

A spare 0.15Ω mesh coil is included, so customers can change heads without an immediate re-order.

TPD 2ml pod for the UK

The TPD version uses a silicone insert to cap the pod at 2ml, in line with UK rules.

0.96-inch colour TFT screen

Shows each battery's level, wattage, voltage, resistance, a puff counter and time per puff.

Refill without removing the pod

A silicone-stoppered fill port lets vapers top up while the pod stays in the device.

What Makes It Different

Two batteries, box-mod power

Most pod kits run on one built-in cell. The RPM160 takes two 18650s and reaches 160W, which puts it in box-mod territory while keeping the slide-in pod that makes refills and coil changes quick.

Swappable cells for long sessions

Because the batteries are external, heavy users can carry a charged spare pair and swap them in, rather than waiting for a device to recharge. Batteries are sold separately, which also lets shops add a battery sale to each kit.

A detailed screen for tuning

The 0.96-inch colour TFT shows both cell levels as well as watts, volts, resistance, puffs and time per puff. Experienced vapers get the information they need to set up the 0.15Ω mesh coil properly.

How to Use

Confirm you are 18 or over before using any nicotine product.
Fit two matched, fully charged 18650 batteries in the bottom-hinged bay, observing the polarity marks.
Fit a 0.15Ω RPM160 Mesh coil into the pod.
Open the silicone stopper, fill the pod with e-liquid and close it firmly.
Wait about five minutes for the coil to soak, then insert the pod.
Click the fire button five times to switch on, start at a lower wattage and raise it gradually.
