SMOK RPM 40 Wholesale – 1500mAh 40W Refillable Pod Kit with RPM and Nord Pods

The SMOK RPM 40 kit is a compact 99mm pod mod built around a 1500mAh internal battery and a 1–40W IQ-R chipset. Its big selling point is flexibility: the box holds an RPM pod with a 0.4Ω mesh coil for an open draw, plus a Nord pod with a 0.6Ω Nord DC coil for a tighter one. That makes it an easy recommendation from our refillable pod kits range for customers who already buy Nord and RPM coils.

40Wmaximum output

0.6ΩNord DC coil

The RPM 40 is rechargeable and both pods take replaceable coils, so it is a reusable device and unaffected by the UK single-use vape ban from 1 June 2025. Shoppers weighing up SMOK RPM 40 vs RPM Lite tend to choose the RPM 40 for its larger 1500mAh battery and second pod, and the Lite for its shorter 75mm body. A frequent counter question is can you use Nord coils in the RPM 40: yes, in the Nord pod, as the FAQ explains.

With a Nord pod in the box it also suits MTL vapers using salts from our nic salt wholesale range. Trade customers can order across eight finishes through our vape wholesale UK catalogue, shop the vape wholesale Manchester range for North West stores, and bulk buy vapes UK-wide per kit.

Key Features & Benefits

1500mAh internal battery

A solid capacity for a 99mm device, so it needs charging less often than smaller pod kits.

1–40W IQ-R chipset

Variable wattage covers both the 0.4Ω mesh coil and the 0.6Ω Nord DC coil without a second device.

RPM pod with 0.4Ω mesh coil

An open, warm draw with full flavour for restricted or loose DTL vaping.

Nord pod with 0.6Ω Nord DC coil

A tighter draw that suits MTL-leaning vapers and nic salt e-liquids.

Takes Nord series coils

Customers already using Nord coils can carry on buying the same heads for the Nord pod.

0.96-inch colour TFT screen

Shows wattage, resistance, voltage, puffs and battery level at a glance.

Side fill with silicone bung

Pull out the bung, top up and push it back, with no need to take the coil out.

Lockable fire button

Three clicks lock the device and five switch it off, which helps in a pocket or bag.

What Makes It Different

Two draw styles from one kit

Most pod kits come with a single pod. The RPM 40 includes both an RPM pod and a Nord pod, so one purchase covers a looser mesh draw and a tighter Nord DC draw, and customers can try both before settling on a coil.

Coil families that are easy to re-stock

The RPM pod runs RPM coils and the Nord pod runs Nord coils, two SMOK ranges that many shops already carry. That makes the RPM 40 a dependable route to repeat coil sales.

Mod features at pod-kit size

Variable wattage, a colour screen and button firing are packed into a 99 x 25 x 25mm body weighing 99g, so it fits a pocket while still giving experienced users real control.

Why Choose It?

Two pods in every box
Runs both RPM and Nord coils for repeat sales
Eight finishes for a colourful display
Rechargeable and refillable, so unaffected by the single-use ban
Mid-range price point for a variable-wattage kit

Who It's For

Adults moving up from basic pods

Vapers who want adjustable wattage and a screen but still prefer the simplicity of a pod.

MTL and DTL in one

Customers who switch between a nic salt MTL draw and a looser mesh draw can do both with the two included pods.

Shops with a SMOK coil range

Retailers already stocking RPM and Nord coils can sell the device and keep the coil re-orders coming.

How to Use

Confirm you are 18 or over before using any nicotine product.
Charge the battery using the micro USB port on the base of the device.
Pick the RPM or Nord pod and make sure the matching coil is fitted.
Pull out the silicone side bung, fill with e-liquid and push the bung back in firmly.
Leave the pod for around five minutes so the new coil soaks fully.
Click the fire button five times to switch on, set a low wattage and increase it gradually.
