RPM 5 Pro Wholesale – 80W 18650 Refillable Pod Kit with RPM 3 Mesh Coils

The Smok RPM 5 Pro is a refillable pod mod for adult vapers who want direct-to-lung power without carrying a box mod and tank. It runs on a single swappable 18650 cell, fires up to 80W and takes Smok's RPM 3 mesh coils in a 2ml UK-spec pod. Stock it alongside the rest of our Smok vape kits wholesale range, or browse every brand in our pod kits wholesale collection.

The difference between RPM 5 Pro vs RPM 5 comes down to power source: the standard RPM 5 has a built-in 2000mAh battery, while the Pro takes an external 18650, so heavy users can carry a charged spare and swap it in seconds. Both share the RPM 5 pod. If a customer asks which coils fit the RPM 5 Pro, the answer is the RPM 3 mesh series, and you can re-order them from our Smok RPM 3 coils range.

With 0.15Ω and 0.23Ω coils, this is a cloud-focused kit for freebase or higher-VG e-liquid. If most of your customers buy from our nic salt wholesale shelf, a lower-power MTL kit will suit them better. Retailers sourcing through vape wholesale Manchester or anywhere in the country can order single kits from our vape wholesale UK range, and bulk buy vapes UK-wide with mixed colours on one order.

Key Features & Benefits

Swappable 18650 battery

Carry a charged spare cell and swap it in seconds instead of waiting for a built-in battery to recharge.

Up to 80W output

Enough power to drive low-resistance mesh coils for dense, warm direct-to-lung clouds.

RPM 3 mesh coils

The 0.15Ω and 0.23Ω meshed coils heat quickly over a wide surface for full flavour at higher wattage.

Slide-to-open top fill

Slide the top back and fill the pod without removing it from the device, using a child-resistant design.

Stepless adjustable airflow

Turn the airflow control to set an open or tighter draw to match the coil and wattage you are using.

0.96-inch TFT screen

Wattage, battery and coil readings are on screen, so settings are easy to check at a glance.

Built-in protection

Pod detection, short-circuit protection, an 8-second cut-off and a low-voltage warning are built into the chip.

USB-C charging

Top up the fitted 18650 in the device over a standard Type-C cable when a separate charger is not to hand.

What Makes It Different

Your battery, your choice

Because the RPM 5 Pro runs on a removable 18650, the device is not tied to the life of a sealed battery. Customers can rotate charged cells through a day of heavy vaping, and an ageing cell can be replaced rather than the whole kit.

Sub-ohm pod mod in one hand

It brings 80W and 0.15Ω mesh coils into a pod-style body, so DTL vapers get tank-style performance with a pod they fill from the top. Shoppers get one device instead of a separate mod and tank.

Coils that are easy to re-stock

The RPM 3 coil family slots into the RPM 5 pod, so a counter that sells this kit also sells repeat coil packs. That gives you a steady stream of follow-up sales from each kit.

Who It's For

DTL cloud chasers

Adults who already vape direct-to-lung and want 80W in a compact pod mod, without a separate tank to carry.

Upgraders from MTL pods

Experienced pod users moving to bigger clouds who are comfortable handling and charging 18650 cells safely.

Vape shops with a coil counter

Stores that want a kit customers return to for RPM 3 coils and e-liquid on every visit.

How to Use

Confirm the buyer is 18 or over and already uses nicotine or vapes.
Fit a fully charged, good-quality 18650 cell with the positive end the right way round.
Prime the RPM 3 coil with a few drops of e-liquid on the cotton, then fit it in the pod.
Slide open the top fill port and fill the 2ml pod; leave it for about five minutes to soak.
Insert the pod, power on, and start at the low end of the coil's wattage range.
Set the airflow, then adjust wattage up gradually until the vape feels right.
