80WSingle 18650RPM & RGC pods

SMOK RPM80 Pro Wholesale – 80W Single-18650 Refillable Pod Kit with RGC Pod

The SMOK RPM80 Pro is the swappable-battery version of SMOK's 80W pod mod. Instead of a fixed cell it takes one external 18650 behind a push-pull cover, and its IQ-80 chipset runs from 1W to 80W. Two pods come in the box: an RPM pod that takes the RPM coil range and an RGC pod with a 0.17Ω Conical Mesh coil and adjustable airflow. It is a strong pick from our pod kits wholesale range for shops that sell RGC and RPM coils.

Being rechargeable and refillable with replaceable coils, the RPM80 Pro is a reusable device and not affected by the 1 June 2025 single-use vape ban. Customers comparing SMOK RPM 80 Pro vs RPM 2 should know that both reach 80W, but the RPM80 Pro uses a removable 18650 while the RPM 2 has a 2000mAh built-in cell. For which coils fit the RPM 80 Pro, see the FAQ below. Batteries are not included, so it pairs well with our vape batteries range.

As a SMOK pod mod kits UK stockist we carry six finishes, including stabilised wood and resin. Shops can order through our vape wholesale UK catalogue, use the vape wholesale Manchester range for North West supply, and bulk buy vapes UK-wide per kit.

What Makes It Different

Swap the battery, not the device

Built-in batteries eventually wear out and take the device with them. The RPM80 Pro runs on a standard 18650 behind a push-pull cover, so a tired cell can simply be replaced and heavy users can carry a charged spare.

Two coil families in one kit

The RPM pod takes the long-running RPM coil range, while the RGC pod uses SMOK's Conical Mesh coils with adjustable airflow. One device covers two coil lines, which helps shops cross-sell heads.

Stabilised wood and resin finishes

Alongside carbon fibre and gold, the range includes stabilised wood and resin finishes, each with its own look. That variety makes the RPM80 Pro stand out on a display shelf.

DTL vapers wanting a pod format

Heavy users

Shops selling batteries and coils

Each kit creates follow-on sales of 18650 cells, RPM coils, RGC coils and e-liquid.

How to Use

Confirm you are 18 or over before using any nicotine product.
Slide off the push-pull cover and fit a charged high-drain 18650, observing the polarity marks.
Choose the RPM or RGC pod and fit the matching coil.
Fill the pod with e-liquid and close it securely.
Leave a new coil to soak for about five minutes before the first puff.
Switch the device on as shown in the manual, start at a low wattage and adjust the RGC airflow to taste.
