Twister Bar Ace 40K Wholesale – 40,000-Puff Dual-Flavour Pod Vape, 15 Pairings

The Twister Bar Ace 40K is a twist-to-switch dual-flavour pod kit: two 2ml prefilled pods sit in one device, each backed by its own 10ml refill container, for up to 40,000 puffs in total. An 850mAh battery charges over USB-C and fires mesh coils loaded with 20mg nicotine salt. It's a high-capacity dual flavour prefilled pod vape UK shops can sell as a long-life, two-in-one kit.

40,000puffs per kit

850mAhUSB-C battery

2 x (2ml + 10ml)pods and refill containers

20mgnicotine salt

Every kit comes as a named pairing, such as Pink Lemonade / Straw Guava or Pineapple Ice / Strawberry Ice, and a twist of the device swaps between the two. The 2ml pods top themselves up from the 10ml containers, so customers get 24ml of e-liquid without handling bottles. Retailers comparing Twister Bar Ace 40K vs RandM Fumot T32000 will find the same two-pod, twin-container layout; the Ace 40K is rated for more puffs and adds 15 fresh pairings. For anyone asking how long does a Twister Bar Ace 40K last, the manufacturer figure is up to 40,000 puffs across both sides.

It sits at the top of our Twister Bar line, above the four-pod Twister Bar 2400 and the single-pod Twister Bar 7000. As a Twister Bar Ace wholesale supplier we list it with our big puff vapes, and trade customers can bulk buy vapes UK-wide, build a vape wholesale UK order across brands, or use vape wholesale Manchester delivery for city-centre stores.

Key Features & Benefits

Two flavours, one twist

Rotate the device to switch between the two pods, so each kit gives customers a pair of tastes.

Up to 40,000 puffs

The manufacturer rating across both sides makes it one of the longest-lasting kits in the Twister Bar line.

24ml of e-liquid in total

Two 2ml pods plus two 10ml refill containers, all prefilled at the factory.

Auto-refill containers

The 10ml containers feed the pods, so there are no bottles to open and no spills.

850mAh rechargeable battery

Recharged rather than thrown away, which keeps the kit outside the single-use vape ban.

USB-C charging

A modern connector that matches most phone chargers already in customers' homes.

Mesh coil, 20mg nic salt

Mesh coils heat evenly for a consistent mouth-to-lung draw at the UK nicotine maximum.

15 flavour pairings

From fresh mint to bubblegum and fruit blends, enough variety to fill a dedicated shelf.

What Makes It Different

A twin-chamber set-up

Two pods and two refill containers give each side its own supply, so the flavours stay separate and customers can switch with a twist rather than carrying two devices.

Large stock of e-liquid

With 24ml prefilled in total, the Ace 40K holds far more e-liquid than a single 2ml pod kit, and the containers keep the pods topped up without any refilling by hand.

Rechargeable and UK-legal

Each pod is 2ml of 20mg/ml nic salt, within TPD limits, and the 850mAh battery recharges over USB-C, so the kit isn't covered by the 1 June 2025 ban on single-use vapes.

Who It's For

Heavy daily vapers

A large e-liquid supply and a high puff rating mean fewer repeat purchases for regular adult users.

Customers who switch flavours

The twist mechanism suits people who like a fruit flavour by day and something cooler later on.

Shops stocking big-puff lines

A box of 5 in 15 pairings fills a premium big-puff section alongside other dual-flavour kits.

How to Use

Confirm you are 18 or over and already use nicotine.
Unbox the kit and remove any protective seals or stickers.
Twist the device to pick the flavour side you want.
Inhale gently through the mouthpiece; it activates as you draw.
Recharge with a USB-C cable when the battery runs low.
Twist to the second side when you fancy a change, and recycle the kit at a take-back point once both sides are empty.
