Uwell Caliburn Wholesale – 520mAh Refillable Pod Kit with 1.4Ω Top-Fill Pod

The Uwell Caliburn pod kit is the slim, pen-shaped original that started the Caliburn line. A 520mAh built-in battery drives up to 11W into a magnetic, top-fill 2ml pod with a 1.4Ω coil, and it fires either when you draw or when you press the button. For shops building out their Uwell wholesale UK range, it is the plain, no-settings model at the start of the family.

The battery recharges and the pod is refilled and swapped, so the Caliburn is a reusable kit and is not caught by the UK single-use vape ban that started on 1 June 2025. Customers who ask which pods fit the original Caliburn can find the answer in our FAQ, and you can stock spares alongside it from our replacement pods and coils range. If a buyer is torn between the Caliburn vs Caliburn G, the G moves to a bigger 690mAh battery and replaceable coils, while the original keeps things simpler.

We sell the Caliburn per kit in six colours as part of our pod kits wholesale line. Stores ordering through vape wholesale Manchester or our wider vape wholesale UK catalogue can bulk buy vapes UK-wide and pair it with 10ml bottles from our nic salt wholesale section.

Key Features & Benefits

520mAh rechargeable battery

A built-in cell that is recharged and reused, with an LED that shows the battery status.

Up to 11W output

A low, steady power level suited to a tight mouth-to-lung draw on nic salt e-liquid.

1.4Ω pod coil

A higher-resistance coil that keeps the vape gentle and pairs well with salt nicotine.

Top-fill 2ml pod

Fill from the top without taking the pod apart, at the UK TPD maximum capacity.

Magnetic pod connection

The pod snaps on and off the battery, so swapping to a fresh one takes seconds.

Draw or button firing

Inhale to vape, or use the fire button if preferred; five clicks lock and unlock the device.

Pro-FOCS flavour technology

Uwell's coil design for the Caliburn pod, aimed at consistent flavour through the fill.

Slim aluminium alloy body

About 110mm tall and under 12mm thick, so it sits flat in a pocket.

What Makes It Different

The original Caliburn format

The flat, pen-style shape and magnetic pod are what made the Caliburn name familiar to adult vapers. Customers who know the design can pick it up and use it with no learning curve.

Two ways to fire

It works on the draw, and the fire button gives a second way to vape if the customer prefers to control each puff. The same button locks the device with five clicks for carrying in a bag.

A gentle 1.4Ω setup

With up to 11W into a 1.4Ω coil, it has the gentlest output in our Caliburn line-up, which suits customers who want a tight, discreet MTL draw on nic salt.

Why Choose It?

The original Caliburn design adult vapers recognise
Simple to stock: one pod type, no coils to manage
Draw or button firing with a 5-click lock
Slim aluminium body, about 110mm tall
Rechargeable and refillable, so not affected by the single-use ban

Who It's For

Adults moving from disposables

It feels close to a disposable in the hand, but the battery recharges and the pod refills, so customers keep the same device.

Nic salt MTL vapers

The 1.4Ω coil and low wattage suit 10ml nic salt bottles and a tight mouth-to-lung draw.

Shops wanting a familiar name

The Caliburn name is well known, which makes it an easy kit to explain at the counter.

How to Use

Confirm you are 18 or over and already use nicotine.
Charge the Caliburn fully before first use; the LED shows the battery status.
Pull the pod off, fill it through the top with nic salt or 50/50 e-liquid and refit it.
Leave the pod for about 5 minutes so the coil soaks.
Inhale to vape, or press the fire button; click five times to lock or unlock.
Replace the pod when the flavour fades or tastes burnt.
