Gen PT80 S Wholesale – 80W 18650 Refillable Pod Kit with GTX Coil Tank

The Vaporesso Gen PT80 S is the higher-powered partner to the Gen PT60, built around a single removable 18650 cell instead of a fixed battery. It fires 5–80W through the same xTank and GTX coil system, with 0.15Ω and 0.3Ω coils supplied. For retailers stocking pod kits wholesale, it covers adults who want box-mod output in a slim, roughly 132mm pod-mod body.

5–80Woutput range

1 x 18650removable cell

2mlxTank (UK version)

0.15Ω / 0.3ΩGTX coils included

Because the battery is a swappable 18650 and the coils are replaceable, the PT80 S is a reusable device and sits outside the 1 June 2025 single-use vape ban. The cell is not included in the kit, so pair it with a quality 18650 at the counter. Re-orders run on GTX replacement coils, and anyone asking what battery and coils the PT80 S needs will find the answer in our FAQ. Comparing the Gen PT80 S vs Gen PT60? The PT80 S adds 20W of headroom and a fresh battery whenever you swap cells, while the PT60 keeps a 2500mAh battery sealed inside.

We supply the PT80 S as part of our Vaporesso pod kit wholesale line in six finishes. Shops ordering from our vape wholesale UK catalogue, or via vape wholesale Manchester deliveries, can bulk buy vapes UK-wide and sell it with high-VG liquids, keeping our nic salt wholesale range for customers using lower-powered MTL kits.

Key Features & Benefits

Single 18650 battery bay

Swap in a charged cell and keep going, rather than waiting for a fixed battery to recharge.

5–80W output

Enough power for the 0.15Ω coil at 60–75W, with the range to run lower-wattage GTX coils too.

GTX coil system

Uses the same GTX coil family as the Gen PT60, so one coil line covers both kits on your shelf.

0.15Ω and 0.3Ω coils supplied

The 0.15Ω coil is rated 60–75W and the 0.3Ω coil 32–45W, giving a high-power and a moderate option.

2ml TPD xTank

The UK xTank is restricted to 2ml and sealed at the base when a coil is fitted.

Slide-adjust top airflow

Move the top cap to set anything from a restricted to an open direct-lung draw.

OLED screen and three modes

A 0.91-inch OLED with wattage, voltage and smart-wattage modes for experienced adult vapers.

USB-C charging in the device

The fitted 18650 can be charged in place over Type-C at 5V/2A, and the device supports pass-through use.

What Makes It Different

Removable battery, longer device life

A fixed battery eventually wears out and takes the device with it. The PT80 S lets adults replace the 18650 cell when it ages, and carry a spare for long days.

80W from a pod-mod chassis

The extra 20W over the Gen PT60 lets the 0.15Ω GTX coil run at its full rating, giving dense direct-lung vapour without stepping up to a twin-battery box mod.

Shares coils with the PT60

Both Gen PT kits use the xTank and GTX coils, so shops selling either device can serve both groups of customers from the same coil stock.

Why Choose It?

Up to 80W for high-power direct-lung coils
Swappable 18650 cell extends the device's working life
Same GTX coils as the Gen PT60
Six finishes on one listing
Reusable and refillable, so not caught by the single-use ban

Who It's For

Experienced direct-lung vapers

Adults who already understand coils and wattage get high output in a body far slimmer than a typical box mod.

Heavy users who carry spares

A spare charged 18650 means no downtime, which suits long shifts and travel.

Shops selling batteries and coils

Each kit creates follow-on sales of 18650 cells, chargers and GTX coils.

How to Use

Confirm the customer is 18 or over and already uses nicotine.
Open the battery door and fit a quality 18650 cell with the positive end the right way round.
Push a GTX coil (0.15Ω or 0.3Ω) into the xTank base.
Turn the airflow cap to the fill position, fill to 2ml and close it again.
Let the new coil soak for about five minutes before firing.
Switch the device on, set the wattage at the low end of the coil's range and increase gradually.
