OSMALL 2 Wholesale – Compact 450mAh Refillable Pod Kit with 1.2Ω MTL Pod

The Vaporesso OSMALL 2 is a lightweight, no-button pod kit built for a tight, cigarette-style mouth-to-lung draw. Its 450mAh battery charges over USB-C, a single 1.2Ω pod holds 2ml of e-liquid, and inhaling is all it takes to fire it. At its price point it is an easy entry-level line to add to a pod kits wholesale order.

Rechargeable with a refillable pod, the OSMALL 2 is a reusable device and is not caught by the 1 June 2025 single-use vape ban. Replacement pods come from our Vaporesso replacement pods range, and the original OSMALL pods also fit; see which pods fit the OSMALL 2 in our FAQ. Weighing up OSMALL 2 vs Xros Mini? The Xros Mini has a 1000mAh battery for longer between charges, while the OSMALL 2 is slimmer and lighter in the pocket.

Its fixed 1.2Ω coil is suited to nicotine salt e-liquid, so it sells well alongside our nic salt wholesale UK bottles. Six finishes make a compact Vaporesso starter kits wholesale display at the till. Key Features & Benefits

Draw-activated, no buttons

Inhale to vape, with nothing to set up, which keeps it simple for first-time adult vapers.

Tight mouth-to-lung draw

Fixed airflow gives a cigarette-style MTL pull that suits nic salt e-liquid.

1.2Ω refillable pod

The 2ml pod is refilled through a side rubber bung and swapped out when flavour fades.

Works with original OSMALL pods

OSMALL 1 pods also fit, which makes pod re-orders straightforward.

450mAh battery, USB-C

A UK reviewer measured a flat-to-full charge of about 45 minutes, and it can be used while charging.

Magnetic pod fit

Two magnets hold the pod in the device, so changing pods takes seconds.

Status LED

A small LED lights when vaping, stays on while charging and flashes to signal protection warnings.

Slim, light body

About 86.8 x 26.5 x 13.5mm with ridged grips, so it slips easily into a pocket.

Charge the OSMALL 2 over USB-C until the LED goes out.
Peel back the rubber bung on the side of the pod and fill with e-liquid up to 2ml.
Close the bung and leave the pod for about five minutes so the coil soaks.
Clip the pod into the device and inhale gently to vape.
Replace the pod when flavour fades or the coil tastes burnt.
