Xros Pro Wholesale – 1200mAh 30W Refillable Pod Kit with Screen & Fire Lock

The Vaporesso Xros Pro is the most adjustable device in the XROS family. A 1200mAh battery drives up to 30W, a hidden screen shows power, battery and a puff count, and a slide lock disables the fire button while draw activation keeps working. It runs every XROS pod, which makes it an easy upgrade line in a pod kits wholesale order.

Rechargeable with refillable, replaceable pods, the Xros Pro is a reusable vape that sits outside the 1 June 2025 single-use ban. It takes existing XROS pods as well as the 0.4Ω mesh pods it ships with, so stock up through our Vaporesso XROS replacement pods range; our FAQ covers which pods fit the Xros Pro and how each one behaves. Weighing up Xros Pro vs XROS 2? The XROS 2 tops out at 16W with battery LEDs, while the Xros Pro adds 30W, a screen, Eco and Pulse modes and faster 2A charging.

With the 0.4Ω pod and the airflow tab open it gives a fuller restricted lung draw; with a 1.2Ω XROS pod it returns to a tight MTL pull for nic salt wholesale buyers. Key Features & Benefits

Up to 30W in 0.5W steps

With the 0.4Ω pod fitted, wattage is adjustable from the button in fine steps.

Eco and Pulse modes

Other XROS pods run in Eco, Normal (Super Pulse) or Power settings, with Pulse designed to keep output steady as the battery drains.

Runs all XROS pods

Existing XROS pods fit as well as the 0.4Ω mesh pods supplied, so one pod line supports several devices.

Button or draw firing

Fire with the button or simply inhale, whichever the customer prefers.

SwitLock fire lock

A slide lock on the side disables the button to prevent accidental firing in a pocket, while draw activation still works.

Hidden OLED screen

Appears on a button press to show power, battery level and a puff counter.

Three-step airflow tab

A slide tab on the back changes how open or tight the draw feels.

2A USB-C fast charging

A UK reviewer confirmed a full charge in about 35 minutes, in line with the manufacturer's claim.

What Makes It Different

The XROS with real control

Most XROS devices are fixed or auto-set. The Pro adds button wattage adjustment, a puff counter and power modes while keeping the same pod system.

Lock the button, keep the draw

SwitLock disables the fire button for pockets and bags without turning the device off, so draw activation stays ready.

Fast top-ups

At around 35 minutes from empty to full on 2A, it spends less time on charge than many 1000mAh pod kits.

Charge the Xros Pro over USB-C, which takes about 35 minutes from empty.
Pull off the mouthpiece and fill the pod through the port marked with a red ring, up to 2ml.
Refit the mouthpiece and wait about five minutes so the coil soaks.
Set the airflow tab, then adjust wattage (0.4Ω pod) or choose a mode for other XROS pods.
Press the button or draw to vape; slide SwitLock on when the kit goes in a pocket.
