Zero 2 Wholesale – 800mAh Refillable MTL Pod Kit with Push-to-Fill Pods

The Vaporesso Zero 2 is a slim, draw-activated MTL pod kit built around an 800mAh battery and push-to-fill pods that hold 2ml in the UK TPD version. It ships with a 1.0Ω mesh pod and runs at a fixed output of around 11W on mesh or 9W on the 1.3Ω CCELL pod, so there is nothing to set up. Retailers adding it to a pod kits wholesale order get a compact, curved device with a 10-layer IML finish on the front panels.

Re-orders are straightforward: the Zero 2 takes the same pods as the original Renova Zero, so shops can point repeat buyers to our Vaporesso pods and coils range. Customers often ask which pods fit the Vaporesso Zero 2; the short answer is Zero/Renova Zero pods in 1.0Ω mesh or 1.3Ω CCELL. For a more pocketable square body with adjustable airflow, the Zero 2 vs Xros Nano comparison is worth showing, and both suit a 20mg salt from our nic salt wholesale shelf.

We supply the Zero 2 per kit in six finishes as part of our Vaporesso pod kit wholesale line. Trade buyers using our vape wholesale UK range, shops looking for vape wholesale Manchester delivery and anyone ready to bulk buy vapes UK-wide can mix colours in one order and ask for a volume quote.

Key Features & Benefits

800mAh in a slim body

The battery fits a narrow 89mm-tall device that sits comfortably in the hand and pocket.

Push-to-fill (PTF) top valve

E-liquid goes in through a valve on the top of the pod, so there are no bungs to pull out.

1.0Ω mesh pod included

The mesh pod runs at about 11W for a full-flavoured mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw.

Takes Renova Zero pods

Pods from the original Renova Zero fit, so existing Zero customers can keep their pod order.

1.3Ω CCELL option

The ceramic-core CCELL pod runs at about 9W for customers who want a cooler, gentler MTL vape.

Draw-activated, no settings

There are no buttons or power levels, so the device simply fires when the user inhales.

Magnetic pod connection

The pod is held by magnets, which makes swapping a spent pod quick and tidy.

USB-C with a claimed 45-minute charge

It charges at 1A over USB-C, and a USB-C cable is in the box.

What Makes It Different

Push-to-fill pods

Filling happens through a valve in the top of the pod, rather than a silicone bung on the side. Customers press the bottle nozzle into the valve and fill, which keeps the routine simple.

Backward-compatible with Renova Zero

Shops that already sell Renova Zero pods can support Zero 2 buyers with the same stock, and Zero owners upgrading the device keep their pods.

Fixed output for each pod

The device sets the power to suit the pod, around 11W for the 1.0Ω mesh pod and 9W for the 1.3Ω CCELL pod, so there is nothing to adjust.

Why Choose It?

Simple fixed-output MTL kit with no settings
Push-to-fill top valve pods

How to Use

Confirm you are 18 or over and already use nicotine.
Charge the device over USB-C before first use.
Remove the pod and press the bottle nozzle into the top fill valve; fill to the line.
Wait about five minutes so the coil soaks through before the first puff.
Clip the pod back into the device; the magnets hold it in place.
Inhale gently through the mouthpiece; the device fires as you draw.
