Stock vape kits wholesale: refillable tank and mod kits from Innokin, Geekvape, Aspire, Smok, Voopoo and Eleaf, from simple Endura and PockeX pen kits to Aegis and Zelos mod kits. A complete setup in one box for each customer.
This collection holds refillable vape kits that pair a battery or mod with a matching tank in one box. They're the step up from pod kits for customers who want a tank, more control or more vapour, and the easiest way to sell a complete setup without matching parts yourself.
Kits come from Innokin, Geekvape, Aspire, Smok, Voopoo, Eleaf and iJoy, with colour chosen on each listing.
Customers often ask for “a vape kit” without knowing which type suits them. These are the questions that narrow it down.
Pen kits
Light, simple and usually mouth-to-lung. A good first refillable for an ex-smoker who wants a tank.
Mod kits
A box mod and tank with adjustable power. Suits customers who want more vapour or to tweak their setup.
Pod kits
Smaller still, with pods instead of a tank. See our pod kits wholesale range.
The liquid decides
Nic salt and 50/50 suit MTL kits; high-VG shortfills suit sub-ohm mod kits.
A customer who leaves with the right kit and the right e-liquid comes back for coils and bottles. One who leaves with the wrong combination may give up on refillables altogether, so a minute spent asking how they vape pays off.
What the rules mean for vape kits
Tank and mod kits are reusable vapes, which is why they're unaffected by the single-use ban. A few rules still shape how you sell them:
Reusable checklist
A reusable vape needs a rechargeable battery, refillable tank and replaceable coil. These kits meet all three.
Coils on the shelf
Replacement coils should be on sale separately for the kits you stock, and you may be asked to show this.
2ml tank limit
Under TPD, tanks used with nicotine e-liquid are limited to 2ml capacity.
Duty on liquid only
Duty of £2.20 per 10ml applies to e-liquid from 1 October 2026, not to devices.
Kits are electrical goods, so WEEE take-back applies. Our retailer compliance guide covers the single-use ban and TPD, and the vape tax guide explains the e-liquid duty.
Offer a spare tank. Replacement vape tanks keep a customer's kit going if the tank cracks.
Spread the price points. A couple of pen kits and a couple of mod kits cover new and experienced vapers.
Order with e-liquid. Kits, coils and liquid count towards free delivery over £150.
Frequently asked questions
What's included in a vape kit?
+
A vape kit includes a battery or mod and a matching tank in one box, usually with at least one coil fitted. Contents vary by model, so check each listing. Kits save the customer from matching a separate mod and tank themselves.
What's the difference between a vape kit and a pod kit?
+
A vape kit uses a tank with replaceable coil heads, usually on a pen-style battery or box mod. A pod kit uses a small pod, often with the coil built in or pushed into the pod. Pod kits are smaller; vape kits generally offer more control and capacity options.
Which vape kit suits a beginner?
+
Most beginners, especially ex-smokers, do well with a simple pen kit and a mouth-to-lung tank, used with nic salt or 50/50 e-liquid. Mod kits with adjustable power suit customers who already vape and want more vapour or control. Ask how they vape now before choosing.
Do I need to stock coils for these kits?
+
Yes. Coils wear out regularly, and guidance on the single-use vape ban says replacement parts like coils should be available to buy separately. Matching coils also bring the customer back every week or two, which makes kits a steady repeat line.
How big can the tank be?
+
Under TPD, tanks used with nicotine e-liquid are limited to 2ml capacity. Customers vaping nicotine-free shortfills are outside that limit, but kits sold for general use should be the compliant version. Check the tank capacity on each listing before you order or recommend a kit.
Is there duty on vape kits?
+
No. Vaping Products Duty is charged on vaping liquid at £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026. Empty kits, tanks and coils don't carry the duty. The e-liquid customers buy to fill the tank does carry it, including nicotine-free liquid in shortfill bottles.
