Aspire vape kits wholesale: Zelos, PockeX and BP Stik

This collection covers Aspire vape kits wholesale: the Aspire kits we class as vape kits rather than pod kits. There are five active lines, each sold as a single kit with the colour chosen on the listing, ranging from pocket-sized pens to box-style Zelos kits.

These are the Aspire devices for customers who have moved beyond a basic pod, or who prefer a pen or box kit to a small pod device. Aspire's Gotek, Minican and Flexus pod devices are on a separate page.

Pen, stick or box: sorting the Aspire kits

The five kits fall into three rough shapes, each suiting a different kind of customer.

  • Pocket pens

The PockeX is small and simple, and with so many colours it works well as a display line for customers who like to choose a finish.

  • Stick kits

The BP Stik gives a longer, slim shape for customers who find a small pod too short in the hand.

  • Compact box

The Zelos Nano is the smallest Zelos, a step towards a box kit without a large device.

  • Full Zelos

The Zelos 3 and Zelos X are the larger kits in the range, for customers ready to move on from pod devices.

A small range like this is easy to stock in full. Start with one kit from each shape and reorder what sells, then build your coil stock around those models.

Chargers, batteries and coils: the rules for Aspire kits

Every kit here is rechargeable and refillable, with replaceable coils, so it counts as a reusable vape under the rules in force since 1 June 2025. Because they are electrical goods, a few extra duties apply to the shop.

  • Coils on sale

Guidance expects replacement parts to be sold separately. Keep Aspire coils for the kits you stock.

  • Charger marking

Any mains charger you sell needs a UKCA or CE mark and the maker or importer's details.

  • WEEE take-back

Retailers must offer take-back of old electrical items, in store or through the Distributor Take-back Scheme.

  • Waste batteries

Shops selling over 32kg of portable batteries a year must take back waste batteries free of charge.

Empty kits carry no Vaping Products Duty. Our retailer compliance guide covers the ban, TPD limits and age checks.

Ordering Aspire vape kits

A short checklist before you add Aspire kits to your order:

  • Confirm the coil. Each kit listing names the coil or tank it uses; order matching Aspire coils with it.
  • Spread the PockeX colours. With many colours available, a mixed set makes a better display than several of one shade.
  • Think about spares. Glass and other tank parts are in vape tanks and accessories.
  • No minimum order. Order one of each kit to start, and combine with other stock to reach £150 for free delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Which Aspire vape kits do you sell?

We currently list five Aspire vape kits: the Zelos 3, Zelos X, Zelos Nano, PockeX and BP Stik. Each is sold as a single kit with the colour chosen on the listing. Aspire's smaller pod devices, such as the Gotek and Minican, are on our Aspire pod kits page.

What's the difference between Aspire vape kits and Aspire pod kits?

On our site, pod kits are compact devices built around a refillable pod, while vape kits are pen, stick or box-style devices such as the PockeX and Zelos. Both are refillable and rechargeable; vape kits usually suit customers who want a larger or different style of device.

Which Aspire kit suits a customer leaving pod devices?

The Zelos Nano is a sensible middle step, being the smallest of the Zelos kits. Customers who want a slimmer device may prefer the BP Stik or PockeX. The Zelos 3 and Zelos X suit vapers ready for a larger kit.

Do I need to stock Aspire coils?

Yes. Government guidance on the single-use vapes ban expects replacement parts to be available to buy separately, and Trading Standards may ask to see them. Check each kit's listing for the coil it uses and keep matching Aspire coils in stock for your customers.

Do I have to take back old vape kits?

Vape kits are electrical goods, so WEEE rules require retailers to offer take-back of old items, either in store or through the Distributor Take-back Scheme. Shops selling more than 32kg of portable batteries a year must also take back waste batteries free of charge.

Is there duty or a minimum order on Aspire kits?

No duty is charged on empty kits; Vaping Products Duty applies to vaping liquid at £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026. There's no minimum order, and orders over £150 qualify for free delivery when combined with coils, e-liquid or other stock.
