The BM600 kits we list are prefilled pod kits, and BM600 replacement pods are sold separately. A kit with a rechargeable battery and replaceable pods meets the GOV.UK description of a reusable vape, so it can be sold after the 1 June 2025 ban.
What's the difference between Maryliq and Lost Mary nic salts?

Both are 10ml nic salt e-liquids from Lost Mary, sold in boxes of 10. Maryliq is a named Lost Mary nic salt line. Check each listing for flavours and strengths, and stock the ones your customers already buy in pod form.
Are Airplane Mode pouches subject to vaping duty?

No. Vaping Products Duty is charged on vaping liquid only, at £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026. Nicotine pouches contain no liquid, but from 29 October 2026 they can only be sold to customers aged 18 or over.
Do I need to check ID for Lost Mary products?

Yes. From 29 October 2026, the Tobacco and Vapes Act sets 18 as the age of sale for all vaping and nicotine products, including pouches and nicotine-free vapes. Trading Standards can issue £200 fixed penalty notices for underage sales.
