This collection covers wholesale 500ml e-liquids, currently six Kingston E-liquids ranges in large-format nicotine-free shortfill bottles. Each listing has a small set of flavours to pick from.
A 500ml bottle is a specialist line. It is aimed at heavy sub-ohm users who vape one flavour all the time and would otherwise buy several 100ml bottles a month. For most shops it sits next to the 100ml version of the same flavour rather than replacing it.

Who buys a 500ml bottle?
Large-format shortfills aren't for every customer, so it pays to know who you're stocking them for.
- Heavy sub-ohm users
Customers on high-wattage tanks who get through liquid quickly and stick with one flavour.
- Repeat regulars
Customers already buying the same flavour in 100ml every week or two.
- Nicotine-free vapers
Customers who vape at 0mg and don't need to add nicotine shots at all.
- Not for pod users
Pod kit customers use small amounts at higher strengths and are better served by nic salts.
Bottles are nicotine-free as sold. Customers who want nicotine add 10ml nic shots, either to the large bottle or when decanting into a smaller one, so point them to the label for the space available and how many shots it takes. Most customers buying this size will also need replacement coils for their tanks fairly often.
£110 of duty on every 500ml bottle
Vaping Products Duty applies to nicotine-free shortfills as well as nicotine e-liquid, at £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026. On a 500ml bottle that adds up quickly:
- £110 per bottle
Each 500ml shortfill carries £110 of duty, five times the £22 on a 100ml.
- Same rate per ml
The duty per ml is the same as on smaller bottles, so 500ml doesn't save duty.
- Duty stamps
Duty-paid products released from 1 October 2026 must carry a stamp.
- Older stock
Unstamped bottles made or imported before 1 October 2026 can be sold until 31 March 2027.

Buying 500ml shortfills sensibly
Some practical points before you add large bottles to an order:
- Start with flavours that already sell. Match 500ml stock to flavours that move well in 100ml in your shop.
- Offer it on request. Some shops keep one or two bottles and take orders from regulars rather than filling a shelf.
- Talk through nicotine. Check whether the customer vapes at 0mg or needs shots, and sell the shots with the bottle.
- Mind the sell-by date for stamps. Clear unstamped 500ml bottles before 31 March 2027, as they tie up more value than small bottles.

Can 500ml e-liquid contain nicotine?

No. UK TPD rules only allow nicotine-containing e-liquid in bottles up to 10ml. Larger bottles such as 500ml must be sold nicotine-free as shortfills. Customers who want nicotine add 10ml nicotine shots themselves, following the bottle's label for how much room there is.

Do 500ml shortfills work in pod kits?

They're made for sub-ohm tanks and larger vape kits. Pod kit users usually vape small amounts of higher-strength liquid, so nic salts in 10ml bottles suit them better than a large bottle of nicotine-free shortfill.
Can I add 500ml bottles to a mixed order?

Yes. 500ml shortfills can be ordered with nic shots, coils, kits and other e-liquids, and orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. You can order a single trade pack of a line, and the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
