What's in our vape coils wholesale range?
This collection holds replacement vape coils for pod systems, pod mods and tanks from Smok, Aspire, Vaporesso, Innokin, Geekvape, Uwell, Freemax, Voopoo and more. Coils are usually sold in packs of 3 to 5, with resistance picked on each listing.
Coils are a consumable, so customers with a refillable device come back for them every week or two. Stocking the right ones for the devices you sell is one of the simplest ways to keep repeat trade.
Pod and pod mod coils
For refillable pod systems, including Smok RPM 3, Smok LP2, Vaporesso GTX, Voopoo ITO, Aspire BP and Geekvape B Series coils.
Tank coils
For sub-ohm and mouth-to-lung tanks, such as Smok TFV18, Uwell Crown IV, Aspire Nautilus, Aspire Cleito, Horizontech Falcon and Freemax Mesh Pro coils.
Shop by brand
Smok coils, Aspire coils, Vaporesso coils and Innokin coils. For the devices themselves, see pod kits, vape tanks and vape kits.
Choosing coil resistance and type
The coil a customer needs depends on their device and how they vape. Resistance, measured in ohms, is printed on each coil and listed on each product.
Around 1.0ohm and above
Mouth-to-lung vaping with nic salts or 10ml 50/50 e-liquids. Less vapour, stronger throat hit.
Below 1.0ohm (sub-ohm)
Direct-to-lung vaping with high-VG shortfills. More vapour, best at lower nicotine strengths.
Mesh coils
A mesh strip instead of wire heats more evenly. Popular for flavour and in many newer pod mods.
Ceramic coils
Some lines, such as Vaporesso EUC Ceramic, use a ceramic core instead of cotton.
Many coil families, such as GTX, RPM or PnP, fit several devices from the same brand. That means one coil line can serve customers with different kits, which keeps your range tighter. Check the compatible devices on each listing before you order.
Coils, reusable vape rules and duty
A replaceable coil is one of the features that makes a vape reusable under UK rules. Government guidance on the single-use vapes ban also says replacement parts should be available for customers to buy separately.
Replaceable coil
Reusable vapes need a removable, replaceable coil, either on its own or inside a replaceable pod.
Coils for every device
If you sell a tank or pod mod, stock the coils that fit it.
No duty on coils
Vaping Products Duty is charged on liquid, so coils don't carry it.
Duty on liquid
E-liquid carries £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026, so it affects what customers spend alongside coils.
Our retailer compliance guide covers the ban and TPD rules, and our vape tax guide explains the duty in more detail.
Buying replacement coils in bulk
A few things worth checking when you order coils for your shop:
- Follow your device sales. Order coils for the tanks and pod mods you sell most, and keep a few for older models customers still use.
- Stock more than one resistance. Popular families come in several resistances. Carry both a mouth-to-lung and a sub-ohm option where you can.
- Compare pack sizes. Packs vary from 3 to 5 coils, so compare the price per coil.
- Use the deals. Selected lines come with free boxes added automatically in our multi-buy vape deals.
Frequently asked questions
How often do customers need to replace coils?
+
Most coils last between one and two weeks, depending on how much someone vapes and the e-liquid they use. Sweet, dark or high-VG liquids tend to wear coils out faster. A burnt taste or fading flavour is the usual sign it's time to change.
What coil resistance should I stock?
+
Stock what suits the devices you sell. Coils around 1.0ohm and above suit mouth-to-lung vaping with nic salts and 50/50 e-liquid. Sub-ohm coils below 1.0ohm suit direct-to-lung vaping with high-VG shortfills. Many families come in both.
Will one coil fit several devices?
+
Often, yes. Coil families such as Vaporesso GTX, Smok RPM or Voopoo PnP are designed to fit several devices from the same brand. Coils from different brands rarely swap, so check the compatible devices listed on each product before ordering.
What's the difference between mesh and standard coils?
+
Standard coils use wound wire, while mesh coils use a flat strip of metal mesh. Mesh heats more evenly across a larger surface, which many vapers find gives better flavour. Both types are widely used, so stock what your customers' devices take.
Do new coils need priming?
+
Yes. Customers should soak the cotton with a few drops of e-liquid, fill the tank or pod, and wait a few minutes before vaping. Skipping this can burn the cotton straight away, which is a common reason for coils seeming to fail early.
Do coil orders qualify for free delivery?
+
Free delivery is offered on orders over £150, as shown across our site. Coils can be combined with kits, pods, e-liquids and other stock in the same order to reach that total, and you'll see the delivery charge at checkout.
