Crystal Prime and the UK rules
Because this page covers kits, pods and e-liquid, several rules apply at once:
Reusable vapes only
Single-use vapes have been banned in England since 1 June 2025. Kits need a rechargeable battery and a replaceable pod and coil.
TPD limits
Nic salt bottles are capped at 10ml and 20mg/ml; prefilled pods at 2ml.
Duty on liquid
£2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026: £2.20 on a 10ml nic salt, 44p on a 2ml pod, nothing on an empty kit.
Age of sale
From 29 October 2026, all vaping products are 18+ under the Tobacco and Vapes Act.

Ordering across the Crystal Prime range

Is there an age limit for Crystal Prime products?

Yes. All Crystal Prime products are for over-18s. From 29 October 2026, the Tobacco and Vapes Act sets 18 as the age of sale for every vaping product, nicotine-free included, with £200 fixed penalty notices for breaches.
