What the 2026 rules mean for Al Fakher kits
Al Fakher kits are reusable vapes, so they can be sold under the single-use ban in force in England since 1 June 2025. This year brings several more changes:

From 1 October 2026, Vaping Products Duty is £2.20 per 10ml, so each 2ml prefilled pod carries 44p.
- Duty stamps
Duty-paid stock released from 1 October 2026 needs stamps; older unstamped stock can be sold until 31 March 2027.
- Age of sale 18
The Tobacco and Vapes Act sets 18 as the age of sale for all vapes from 29 October 2026, with £200 fixed penalties.
- Promotions limited
Free distribution and substantial discounting of vapes are banned from 29 October 2026.
