IVG pods: duty, refills and limits
Every IVG device on this page is a reusable vape because its pods can be replaced. Government guidance on the single-use vapes ban says those replacement pods should be on sale separately, and Trading Standards may ask you to show this.

£2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026; 44p on a full 2ml pod.
- Duty stamps
Required on duty-paid products released from 1 October 2026.
- TPD limits
Each pod holds up to 2ml, with nicotine capped at 20mg/ml.

Last day to sell unstamped stock made or imported before 1 October 2026.

Ordering IVG pods without the guesswork
IVG device names often share words such as Pro, Max and 10k, which makes mix-ups easy. A few points specific to the brand:
- Check the generation. IVG Pro 5k and IVG Pro 2 10k are different kits; buy the pods named for the one you sell.
- Packs of 5 throughout. Every IVG pod line here comes in 5s, so price comparisons are like for like.
- Stock the pods first. Before adding a new IVG kit, make sure its replacement pods are on sale too.

How much duty is on IVG pods?
