This is our full range of replacement vape pods, covering both types your customers need: empty refillable pods for pod kits they fill themselves, and sealed prefilled pods for prefilled devices. Pods are sold in small packs, typically 2 to 5 depending on the brand, with resistance or flavour picked on each listing.
Refillable pods are usually made for one device series. Some fit every model in that series, others only one, so check the kit name on each listing before you order. The main series we stock:

Uwell Caliburn
G-series and A-series pods, such as Caliburn A3 pods. G and A pods aren't interchangeable.
Pods come in two designs. Some have the coil built in, so the whole pod is replaced when the flavour fades. Others are cartridges that take separate coils, so the coil is swapped and the pod lasts longer. Knowing which your customers use tells you whether to reorder pods, coils or both.
Pods, coils, the ban and vaping duty
Replacement pods are part of what makes a pod kit legal to sell. Government guidance on the single-use vapes ban says refills and replacement parts for reusable vapes should be available for customers to buy separately.
Pods for every kit
If you sell a kit, stock its pods so customers can keep using it.
Vaping Products Duty is charged on liquid, so empty refillable pods don't carry it.
Prefilled pods: 44p
At Ā£2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026, a 2ml prefilled pod carries 44p of duty.

Buying replacement pods in bulk
A few things worth checking when you order pods for your shop:
Follow your kit sales. Order pods for the kits you sell most; a customer with a kit needs pods every few weeks.
Check resistance. Some pods come in more than one resistance, such as 0.8ohm or 1.2ohm. Match what suits the e-liquid your customers use.
Compare pack sizes. Packs range from 2 to 5 pods, so compare the price per pod, not per pack.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between refillable and prefilled pods?

Refillable pods are empty and the customer fills them from a bottle of e-liquid; they fit refillable pod kits like the Vaporesso Xros or Uwell Caliburn. Prefilled pods come sealed and already filled, and click into prefilled devices like the Hayati Pro Max+ or Lost Mary BM6000.
How often do customers need replacement pods?

It depends on how much they vape and the pod design. Pods with a built-in coil are usually replaced every one to two weeks, when the flavour fades or tastes burnt. Cartridge pods last longer because only the coil is swapped.
Will a replacement pod fit any vape kit?

No. Pods are made for a specific device series and sometimes a single model. Caliburn G pods don't fit Caliburn A kits, for example. Check the kit name on each listing before you order, or ask us if you're unsure.
Do empty pods need separate coils?

Some do. Pods like the Vaporesso Xros, Uwell Caliburn and OXVA Xlim have the coil built in. Cartridge pods such as Smok RPM and Voopoo PnP take separate coils, which you'll find in our coils collection.
Is vaping duty charged on replacement pods?

Vaping Products Duty is charged on liquid at Ā£2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026. Empty refillable pods don't carry it, but prefilled pods do, at 44p per 2ml pod. Unstamped older stock can be sold until 31 March 2027.

Free delivery is offered on orders over Ā£150, as shown across our site. Pods can be combined with kits, coils, e-liquids and other stock in the same order to reach that total, and you'll see the delivery charge at checkout.
