Duty and refill rules for Hayati pods
Hayati prefilled kits count as reusable vapes because the pods can be replaced. Government guidance on the single-use vapes ban says those refills should be available for customers to buy separately, and Trading Standards may ask to see this at inspection.

Vaping Products Duty is £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026, charged on the liquid in prefilled pods.
Empty pods: no duty
Liora empty pods and Quokka pods hold no liquid, so duty falls on the e-liquid used to fill them.
Stamps from 1 Oct 2026
Duty-paid stock released from that date needs a duty stamp.
Sell-through by 31 March 2027
Unstamped pods made or imported before 1 October 2026 can be sold until then.
Match the name exactly. Pro Max Plus, Pro Ultra Plus and Pro Max S1 are different devices with different pods.
Count the pack. Most Hayati pods come in 5s, but Mini Ultra 1500 pods come in packs of 10.
Offer a lower strength. The 10mg Pro Max Plus pods suit customers cutting down from 20mg/ml.
Order pods with kits. Ordering a kit and its pods in the same delivery keeps the refill rule covered from day one.

Do Hayati Pro Max Plus pods fit the Pro Ultra Plus?

No. The Pro Max Plus and Pro Ultra Plus are separate devices and their pods are not interchangeable. Pro Max Plus 6000 pods fit the Pro Max+ 6000 kit, and Pro Ultra Plus 25000 pods fit the Pro Ultra Plus 25000 starter kit. Check the device name on each listing before ordering.
What's in a pack of Hayati refill pods?

Most Hayati refill pods are sold in boxes of 5, each pod sealed and prefilled. Mini Ultra 1500 pods come in packs of 10. Flavours are picked per variant on the listing, so you can build a mixed order across several flavours of the same pod.
Are there lower-nicotine Hayati pods?
