Bling pods under the UK rules
The Bling devices are rechargeable with replaceable pods, so they count as reusable vapes. Government guidance on the single-use vapes ban says refills should be available for customers to buy separately, and inspectors may ask to see them. Duty is now charged on the e-liquid inside every prefilled pod.

Yes. Vaping Products Duty applies to vaping liquid at £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026, so a full 2ml prefilled pod carries 44p. Duty stamps are required on duty-paid products released from that date.
