What's in our e-liquid wholesale range?
This is our full range of wholesale e-liquids: nicotine-free shortfills in 50ml, 100ml and 500ml bottles, 10ml freebase e-liquids in trade packs of 10, and nicotine shots to go with them. Flavours run across fruit, ice, dessert, menthol, tobacco and drinks, and you pick flavour and strength on each listing.
For pod kit users, nic salts are in their own collection: see our nic salt wholesale range.
Choosing bottle sizes and VG/PG ratios
UK TPD rules cap nicotine-containing e-liquid at 10ml bottles and 20mg/ml. That's why larger bottles are sold as nicotine-free shortfills, with space left for the customer to add nicotine shots.
10ml freebase
Usually 50/50 VG/PG, with strengths typically from 3mg to 18mg. Suits mouth-to-lung tanks and starter kits.
50ml and 100ml shortfills
Usually 70VG or higher and 0mg, in bottles with room for one or two shots. Suits sub-ohm devices.
500ml shortfills
Large-format bottles for high-volume customers and repeat buyers of a single flavour.
Nicotine shots
10ml at up to 20mg/ml. Two 18mg shots in a 100ml shortfill make 120ml at 3mg.
Match your stock to the devices your customers use. Sub-ohm kit users get through liquid quickly and tend to buy high-VG shortfills plus shots, often several bottles at a time. Mouth-to-lung and starter kit users buy smaller 10ml bottles at higher strengths, while refillable pod kit users usually move on to nic salts. Stocking all three keeps repeat customers from shopping elsewhere.
Vaping duty on shortfills and e-liquids
Vaping Products Duty is charged on the volume of liquid at £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026. It applies to nicotine-free shortfills as well as nicotine e-liquid and shots, so bottle size now makes a big difference to cost:
Duty-paid products released from 1 October 2026 need a duty stamp. Unstamped stock made or imported before that date can be sold until 31 March 2027, so plan orders to sell through older stock first. Our vape tax guide and retailer compliance guide have more detail.
Buying wholesale vape juice in bulk
A few things worth checking when you order e-liquid for your shop:
- Rework your bottle mix. With duty charged per 10ml, check your margins on large shortfills before reordering.
- Sell shots with shortfills. Most shortfill customers need one or two nic shots, so keep nic shots next to them.
- Cover the main flavour families. Fruit, ice, dessert, menthol and tobacco cover most requests.
- Use the deals. Selected lines come with free boxes added automatically in our multi-buy vape deals.
Frequently asked questions
What is a shortfill e-liquid?
+
A shortfill is a nicotine-free e-liquid sold in a bottle that isn't filled to the top, such as 100ml in a 120ml bottle. The space lets the customer add nicotine shots. Shortfills are sold this way because UK rules limit nicotine e-liquid to 10ml bottles.
How do customers add nicotine to a shortfill?
+
They add one or more 10ml nicotine shots to the shortfill bottle and shake it. Two 18mg shots in a 100ml shortfill make 120ml at 3mg, and one 18mg shot in a 50ml shortfill makes 60ml at 3mg. Strength depends on the shot and bottle size.
What does VG/PG ratio mean?
+
It's the balance of vegetable glycerine (VG) and propylene glycol (PG) in the e-liquid. Higher VG, such as 70/30, gives more vapour and suits sub-ohm devices. 50/50 gives a stronger throat hit and suits mouth-to-lung tanks and starter kits.
Is there vaping duty on nicotine-free shortfills?
+
Yes. Vaping Products Duty of £2.20 per 10ml applies to nicotine-free liquid as well as nicotine e-liquid from 1 October 2026. That means £11 on a 50ml shortfill and £22 on a 100ml shortfill. Unstamped older stock can be sold until 31 March 2027.
What's the difference between e-liquids and nic salts?
+
Nic salts use a form of nicotine that's smoother at higher strengths, so they suit pod kits at 10mg or 20mg. Freebase e-liquids and shortfills suit tanks and sub-ohm devices. Nic salts are in their own nic salt collection.
Do e-liquid orders qualify for free delivery?
+
Free delivery is offered on orders over £150, as shown across our site. E-liquids can be combined with kits, pods and other stock in the same order to reach that total, and you'll see the exact delivery charge at checkout before you pay.
