Pyne Pod pods and UK vape rules
Click devices are rechargeable and use replaceable pods, so they count as reusable vapes. Government guidance on the single-use vapes ban says refills should be available for customers to buy separately, and retailers may be asked to show this at inspection.

Vaping Products Duty is £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026.
- Stamped packs
Duty-paid products released from 1 October 2026 need a duty stamp.

Pre-October 2026 unstamped stock can be sold until 31 March 2027.

- Flavour depth. The Click 50k pods have the widest variant list; focus on the flavours your customers already buy.
- Plan for stamps. Buy stamped stock for anything you expect to sell after March 2027.

Yes. Vaping Products Duty of £2.20 per 10ml applies to vaping liquid from 1 October 2026, so a full 2ml prefilled pod carries 44p. Duty stamps are required on duty-paid products released from that date.
How do high puff counts fit TPD rules?

TPD limits each prefilled pod to 2ml of e-liquid and 20mg/ml nicotine. Puff counts quoted for Pyne Pod devices are manufacturer's figures. Check individual listings for pod and kit details rather than relying on the number in the name.
Is there free delivery on Pyne Pod orders?
