The reusable vape rules and your Aspire spares
Since the single-use vapes ban started in England on 1 June 2025, a vape must have a rechargeable battery, a refillable container and a replaceable coil. Government guidance says refills and replacement parts should be available to buy separately, and Trading Standards may ask to see this.

No duty on the kit
Vaping Products Duty is £2.20 per 10ml of liquid from 1 October 2026. An empty kit carries none.
Age of sale
From 29 October 2026, selling any vaping product to under-18s can lead to a £200 fixed penalty.

No duty is charged on an empty pod kit. Vaping Products Duty applies to vaping liquid at £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026, so the e-liquid your customers buy to fill the kit carries it, but the device itself doesn't.
Can I mix Aspire kits with other stock for free delivery?
