IVG vape kits wholesale: nine rechargeable kits
This collection covers IVG's rechargeable prefilled pod kits, mostly in trade packs of 5 with flavours chosen on each listing. Each kit is a battery device with a sealed pod; customers recharge the device and replace the pod when it's empty. Puff counts in the names are manufacturer's figures.
IVG has several kits carrying a 10k figure, which can confuse customers. Sorting the range by puff level makes it easier to stock and to explain.
Which IVG 10k kit to stock?
You don't need every 10k model. Pick one or two and stock their pods in depth. Here's how they differ in practice:
Smart Max 10k
Has its own Smart Max 10k replacement pods, so reorders are straightforward.
Nexio 10k
Paired with Nexio 10k refill pods in boxes of 5, with a wide flavour list on the listing.
Pro 10k and Pro 2 10k
Two kits from the IVG Pro line, both in packs of 5. Check the pod listing for compatibility before ordering refills for either.
For the entry kits, the SAVR 3000 has its own SAVR 3000 pods and the Pro 5k has Pro 5k prefilled pods. Holding one entry kit, one 10k kit and the XL 35K covers most customers.
Duty and nicotine rules on IVG pods
IVG kits meet the rules for reusable vapes that have applied in England since 1 June 2025. The main thing affecting your margins now is Vaping Products Duty on the liquid in each pod.
How duty is worked out
£2.20 per 10ml of liquid from 1 October 2026. A 2ml pod carries 44p; the empty device carries none.
Stamped stock
Duty-paid products released from 1 October 2026 need stamps. Unstamped older stock can be sold until 31 March 2027.
Strength and size
Nicotine is capped at 20mg/ml and prefilled pods at 2ml under TPD.
Separate refills
Refills should be on sale separately, so keep IVG refill pods next to the kits.
Our vape tax guide explains the duty, and the retailer compliance guide covers the rest.
Ordering IVG kits in bulk
Before you place an IVG order, decide which sizes you want to cover and how many pod packs you need behind each kit. A few points that help:
- Choose fewer 10k models. Stock one or two and keep their pods deep, not all four thinly.
- Match flavours across kits and pods. Customers expect to find their kit flavour in a pod pack too.
- Read the pack size. Most IVG lines come in packs of 5; check each title.
- Add IVG liquids. For refillable users, IVG Salt nic salts go in the same order.
Frequently asked questions
What IVG vape kits are available?
+
The range includes the IVG 2400, 4 in 1 IVG Air 2400, SAVR 3000, Pro 5k, Pro 10k, Pro 2 10k, Smart Max 10k, Nexio 10k and XL 35K. All are rechargeable prefilled pod kits, and each listing shows the pack size and available flavours.
Are IVG kits disposable?
+
No. Every IVG kit in this collection has a rechargeable battery and uses replacement prefilled pods. That makes them reusable vapes under the rules that have applied in England since 1 June 2025. Customers keep the device and buy new pods when the flavour runs out.
Do IVG pods fit every IVG device?
+
No. Most IVG devices have their own pod. Smart Max 10k pods are made for the Smart Max 10k, Nexio pods for the Nexio, and so on. Check the compatible device on each pod listing before ordering, and stock the right refill for each kit.
How much duty is on an IVG kit?
+
Vaping Products Duty is £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026, charged on the liquid. A 2ml prefilled pod carries 44p, so kits and pod packs with more pods carry more. Duty-paid stock released from that date needs a duty stamp.
What nicotine strengths do IVG pods come in?
+
Strengths are shown on each listing. Under TPD, nicotine-containing e-liquid in the UK is capped at 20mg/ml and prefilled pods at 2ml, so UK-compliant IVG pods stay within both limits. Check the options available on each product page.
Can I order a single pack of an IVG kit?
+
Yes. You can order one trade pack of a line, such as a pack of 5 Smart Max 10k kits, and add pods, liquids or other brands. Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery, and the delivery charge is shown at checkout.
