Refills and rules for these lines
Each type of product in this collection is covered by slightly different rules:
Prefilled kits
Must be rechargeable and take new pods, with refills on sale separately, since 1 June 2025.
Refill pods
Up to 2ml per pod and 20mg/ml nicotine; 44p duty per 2ml pod from 1 October 2026.
Nic salts
10ml bottles at up to 20mg/ml; Ā£2.20 duty per 10ml bottle from 1 October 2026.
Pod kits
Empty devices carry no vaping duty; any mains charger you sell needs UKCA or CE marking.
Build a core range. Start with two or three kits and their pods from this page.
Add a refillable option. A pod kit and a couple of nic salts cover customers who prefer to fill their own.

What does the best-seller tag mean?

These are lines our store tags as best sellers. The tag is our own, it isn't based on national sales figures, and the list changes over time. Use it as a starting point alongside what you know about your own customers.
Why are refill pods listed next to kits?

A kit is a one-off sale, but refill pods are bought again and again. That's why both appear among our best-selling lines. Government guidance also says refills should be available to buy separately, so stocking them with each kit is good practice.
Do nic salts count as vaping products for duty?

Yes. From 1 October 2026, Vaping Products Duty is Ā£2.20 per 10ml of vaping liquid, so a 10ml nic salt bottle carries Ā£2.20. Duty-paid products released from that date need a duty stamp, and unstamped older stock can be sold until 31 March 2027.
Are the Vaporesso Xros kits prefilled or refillable?

The Vaporesso Xros 4 Mini and Xros Mini Retro are refillable pod kits. Customers fill the pod from a bottle of e-liquid, usually a 10ml nic salt. They suit customers who want more flavour choice than prefilled kits offer.
Can I mix best-selling lines with other products?

Yes. Lines from this page can go in the same order as any other products, including e-liquids, coils and nicotine pouches. Everything counts towards the Ā£150 free delivery threshold, and pack sizes are shown in each product title so you can plan quantities.
Who can buy these products?

Our products are sold to trade customers aged 18 and over. From 29 October 2026, the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 makes it illegal to sell any vape or nicotine product to under-18s, with Ā£200 fixed penalty notices for breaches.
