- Duty stamps
Duty-paid products released from 1 October 2026 need a duty stamp.
- Older stock
Unstamped stock made or imported before 1 October 2026 can be sold until 31 March 2027.
- TPD limits
Prefilled pods hold up to 2ml, with nicotine capped at 20mg/ml.
