Novo 5 Wholesale – 900mAh 30W Refillable Pod Kit with OLED Screen
The Smok Novo 5 is a compact, rechargeable pod kit built for mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping. A 900mAh built-in battery powers a 5–30W adjustable output, and the 2ml refillable pod carries a 0.7Ω meshed coil. A 0.69-inch OLED screen shows battery, puff count and wattage, which gives adults more control than a basic draw-only pen. It slots neatly into any refillable pod kits wholesale range.
The Novo 5 is reusable: you recharge the battery over USB-C and swap the pod when the coil wears out, so it isn't covered by the UK single-use vape ban from 1 June 2025. Replacement pods are the repeat sale, and the FAQ explains which pods fit the Novo 5. You can stock spares alongside our Smok coils and pods range. Customers deciding on Novo 5 vs Novo Master can compare the sister kit with a bigger battery and boost mode.
We supply the Novo 5 per kit in 14 finishes as part of our Smok pod kits UK line-up. Retailers buying through vape wholesale Manchester or our nationwide vape wholesale UK catalogue can bulk buy vapes UK-wide, and pair the kit with 10ml bottles from our nic salt wholesale range.

What Makes It Different
Screen and wattage control on a small MTL kit
Many entry pod kits are draw-only with no settings. The Novo 5 adds a 5–30W range and an OLED screen, so adults can fine-tune the draw and see exactly how much battery is left.
Pods with the coil built in
The 0.7Ω mesh coil sits inside each 2ml pod, so there are no separate coil heads to fit. When flavour fades, the user simply swaps in a fresh Novo 5 pod.
A wide choice of finishes
With 14 finishes on one listing, from Cobra patterns to leather and wood looks, it's easy to build an eye-catching counter display from a single product line.
Why Choose It?
- Compact MTL kit with 5–30W control
- OLED screen shows battery, puffs and wattage
- Replacement pods create steady repeat orders
- 14 finishes on one listing
- Rechargeable and refillable, so not affected by the single-use ban

Who It's For
Adults switching from smoking
A tight MTL draw on a 0.7Ω coil feels familiar to adult smokers, and draw firing means it works without pressing anything.
Pod users who want more control
The wattage range and OLED readout suit adults who have outgrown a basic pen but don't want a bulky mod.
Convenience stores and vape shops
A low-cost Smok kit with 14 finishes and a repeat pod sale is an easy line to keep on the counter.
How to Use
- Confirm you are 18 or over and already use nicotine.
- Charge the Novo 5 through the USB-C port before first use.
- Open the top of the pod, fill it with e-liquid and close it.
- Leave the filled pod for 5–10 minutes so the coil soaks through.
- Insert the pod, choose a low wattage and take a few gentle puffs before turning it up.
- Swap in a new Novo 5 pod when the flavour fades.

Which pods fit the Smok Novo 5?
Use Novo 5 replacement pods. The kit comes with a 2ml refillable Novo 5 pod that has a 0.7Ω meshed coil built in, so there is no separate coil to change: when the flavour fades, replace the whole pod. Check pod compatibility on the pack before mixing pods from other Novo models.
Is the Novo 5 for mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung vaping?
The Novo 5 is a mouth-to-lung (MTL) kit. Its 0.7Ω mesh coil and 5–30W range suit nic salt or 50/50 e-liquids, which give a satisfying throat hit at lower wattage. It is not designed for high-VG cloud vaping.
How do I charge the Novo 5 and check the battery?
Charge the 900mAh built-in battery with the USB Type-C cable supplied. The 0.69-inch OLED screen shows the battery level, puff count and wattage, so users can see when to recharge. Battery life depends on wattage and how often the device is used.
How do I fill and prime a new Novo 5 pod?
The Novo 5 pod fills from the top. Fill it, close it, then wait 5 to 10 minutes so the coil's cotton soaks before vaping. Start at a low wattage with a few gentle puffs; firing a dry pod can burn the coil straight away.
Is the Smok Novo 5 legal in the UK after the single-use vape ban?
Yes. The ban from 1 June 2025 covers single-use vapes only. The Novo 5 is rechargeable with a refillable, replaceable pod, so it can still be sold, but only to adults aged 18 and over.
What do TPD rules and Vaping Products Duty mean for the Novo 5?
UK TPD rules cap pods at 2ml and nicotine at 20mg/ml, and the Novo 5 pod holds 2ml. Vaping Products Duty, £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026, is charged on e-liquid rather than the device, so it applies to the liquid customers buy to fill the pod.
Is the Novo 5 suitable for beginners?
Yes. Draw-activated firing means a new adult vaper can simply fill the pod and inhale, while the wattage control and screen are there once they want more control. It is intended only for adults who already use nicotine.
How should I dispose of an old Novo 5?
The Novo 5 contains a lithium battery, so it is electrical waste (WEEE) and should never go in a household bin. Return it to a shop with a vape take-back scheme or a recycling centre that accepts small electricals, along with used pods.
Can I buy the Smok Novo 5 wholesale in bulk?
Yes. Trade buyers can order the Novo 5 per kit in any of the 14 finishes at £11.99 per kit. For larger orders or a mixed-colour selection, contact our trade team for a wholesale quote.
