SMOK Novo Wholesale – 450mAh MTL Refillable Pod Kit with Cobra Finish
The original SMOK Novo is a slim, draw-activated pod kit that made SMOK's Cobra-pattern styling famous. Inside the 88mm body is a 450mAh battery delivering 10–16W to a refillable 2ml side-fill pod, so adult vapers get a tight mouth-to-lung draw with no buttons to learn. It sits at the entry price point of our wholesale pod kits UK range.
The Novo is rechargeable and refillable, so it is not caught by the single-use vape ban that started on 1 June 2025. For re-orders, the important fact is the pod: SMOK Novo replacement pods are cross-compatible across the Novo, Novo 2 and Novo 3 families. If customers ask what pods fit the SMOK Novo, our FAQ below lists the options. Those weighing up Novo vs Novo 2S should know the 2S brings a larger battery, more power and USB-C.
Because its pods are built for mouth-to-lung vaping, the Novo pairs naturally with our nic salt wholesale lines. Trade buyers can add it to any SMOK vape kits wholesale order, browse the wider vape wholesale UK catalogue, or bulk buy vapes UK-wide alongside other starter kits. Retailers using vape wholesale Manchester suppliers can combine colours in a single order.
Key Features & Benefits
There are no buttons or settings: adults simply inhale and the Novo fires, which keeps it simple from day one.
The side-fill pod holds 2ml, the UK TPD maximum, and is topped up from any 10ml bottle.
The coil is built into the pod, so a fresh pod means a fresh coil with nothing to unscrew.
Novo, Novo 2 and Novo 3 pods are made to fit each other, giving customers more re-order options.
A modest cell matched to low-power MTL vaping, enough for light to moderate daily use.
A simple light shows remaining charge so users know when to plug in.
Each colour carries SMOK's snakeskin Cobra design on a prism chrome body, which stands out on a display.
At about 88.3 x 24.3 x 14.3mm it is thinner than most pod kits and slips into any pocket.

What Makes It Different
The kit that started the Novo line
The Novo set the format SMOK has followed through every later Novo: a flat, draw-activated body with a refillable pod. Adults who liked it can stay with the same style of device.
Pods with a wide re-order path
Because Novo, Novo 2 and Novo 3 pods are designed to be cross-compatible, customers have more ways to keep the device running, and shops can support it from stock they may already hold.
Low power, low fuss
With 10–16W set automatically and higher-resistance pods, the Novo is built for a gentle mouth-to-lung draw on 10–20mg nic salts. There is nothing to adjust and nothing to go wrong.

- Charge the Novo using the Micro-USB cable until the LED shows full.
- Open the side fill port on the pod and fill with nic salt or MTL e-liquid, up to 2ml.

What pods fit the SMOK Novo?
The Novo uses SMOK Novo replacement pods, which have the coil built in. Novo pods are listed in 1.2Ω standard and 1.4Ω ceramic versions, and retailers note that Novo, Novo 2 and Novo 3 pods are cross-compatible. Very low-resistance sub-ohm pods are not suitable for a 10–16W device like the Novo.
Is the Novo mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung?
The Novo is a mouth-to-lung (MTL) kit. Its 10–16W output and higher-resistance pods give a tight, cigarette-style draw that suits nic salt e-liquids. It is not designed for direct-to-lung vaping or high-VG cloud liquids.
How long does the Novo battery last and how do I charge it?
The 450mAh battery suits light to moderate daily use, so heavier users may need to recharge during the day. It charges through a Micro-USB port, and the LED indicator shows the charge level.
How do I fill the Novo pod?
Open the side fill port, fill with e-liquid up to the 2ml line and close it firmly. Leave a new pod to stand for about five minutes before the first puff so the cotton inside the coil soaks fully and avoids a dry hit.
Is the SMOK Novo legal in the UK after the disposable ban?
Yes. The ban from 1 June 2025 covers single-use vapes, and the Novo is a rechargeable kit with refillable pods. It can be sold to adults aged 18 and over; selling to under-18s is an offence.
Is the Novo TPD compliant?
The Novo pod holds 2ml, which matches the UK TPD limit for refillable pods and tanks. Your customers should fill it with TPD-compliant e-liquid of no more than 20mg/ml nicotine in 10ml bottles.
Does Vaping Products Duty apply to the Novo kit?
No. Vaping Products Duty, at £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026, applies to e-liquid rather than devices. The Novo hardware is not dutiable, but the e-liquid used in it is.
How should an old Novo be disposed of?
The Novo contains a lithium battery, so it is electrical waste (WEEE) and must not be put in household bins. Take it to a retailer take-back scheme or a recycling centre that accepts small electricals.
Can I buy the SMOK Novo in bulk?
Yes. The Novo is listed per kit at £8.99, with five Cobra colours. Stock levels on this original model can be limited, so contact our trade team for a wholesale quote and availability before planning a large order.
