Caliburn Koko Prime Wholesale – 690mAh Refillable Pod Kit with Caliburn G Coils
Pebble-shaped rather than pen-shaped, the Uwell Caliburn Koko Prime pod kit fits a 690mAh battery and 15W of power into a 68 x 45.6 x 16mm body that fires on the inhale. It runs replaceable Caliburn G coils in a 2ml top-fill pod, so the device keeps going long after the first coil is spent. For trade buyers putting together a pod kits wholesale order, it is a compact, button-free alternative to the stick-style Caliburns.
Two 1.0Ω Caliburn G coils come in the box, one fitted and one spare, and the pod has two airflow settings: a cut-out on one side for a looser draw, a closed side for a tighter one. Customers re-order from our Caliburn G replacement coils range, and the FAQ explains which coils fit the Koko Prime. Thinking about Koko Prime vs Caliburn G2? The G2 is a slimmer pen with an 18W chip, a fire button and dial airflow, while the Koko Prime stays draw-only and pocket-shaped.
Because it is USB-C rechargeable with a refillable pod and swappable coils, the Koko Prime is not affected by the 1 June 2025 single-use vape ban. See every Uwell Caliburn wholesale UK kit we stock, pair it with bottles from our nic salt wholesale shelf and order through the main vape wholesale UK catalogue. Our vape wholesale Manchester service reaches shops across the North West, and trade customers can bulk buy vapes UK-wide in mixed colours.
Key Features & Benefits
At 68 x 45.6 x 16mm the Koko Prime is short and wide, so it sits flat in a palm or pocket instead of poking out like a pen.
There is no fire button to learn: drawing on the mouthpiece activates the 15W output straight away.
A built-in cell that recharges through a USB Type-C port with the cable supplied.
When flavour fades, only the coil needs changing, not the whole pod, which keeps running costs down for the end user.
One 1.0Ω Caliburn G coil comes fitted and a second is included as a spare.
One side of the pod has an air cut-out for a slightly freer draw; turn it round for a tighter mouth-to-lung pull.
The pod refills from the top and holds the 2ml maximum allowed under UK TPD rules.
The Koko Prime uses the same pod and coil family as the Caliburn G, so one coil line supports both kits.

What Makes It Different
A Caliburn that is not a pen
The wide, flat Koko shape gives retailers a different look on the shelf from the stick-style Caliburn models while using familiar G coils.
Coil changes, not pod changes
Replacing a 1.0Ω coil is cheaper for customers than throwing away a whole pod, which keeps them returning for coils.
Ready for a spare day
With a second coil already in the box, a new owner has a back-up before they need to re-order.

Which coils fit the Uwell Caliburn Koko Prime?
The Koko Prime takes Caliburn G series coils in the Caliburn G pod. The kit ships with two 1.0Ω Caliburn G coils, one fitted and one spare, and a 0.8Ω meshed Caliburn G coil is sold separately for a slightly warmer vape.
Does the Koko Prime have a fire button?
No. It is draw-activated only, so it fires automatically when the user inhales. That makes it simple for adults switching from disposable-style devices.
What e-liquid suits the Koko Prime?
Nic salt or 50/50 freebase e-liquids suit it best, because the 1.0Ω coils and tight airflow are set up for mouth-to-lung vaping. It is not designed for high-VG direct-lung vaping.
How is the Koko Prime charged and how big is the battery?
It has a built-in 690mAh battery that charges through a USB Type-C port, and a Type-C cable is in the box. How long a charge lasts depends on how often it is used.
How do I fill the pod and prime a new coil?
Remove the pod, fill it from the top and stop just below the maximum line. Leave a fresh coil to soak for about five minutes before vaping so the cotton is fully saturated.
Is the Koko Prime legal to sell in the UK?
Yes. Its 2ml pod meets the TPD capacity limit, and as a rechargeable kit with a refillable pod and replaceable coils it is not covered by the 1 June 2025 single-use vape ban. It may only be sold to adults aged 18 and over, and Vaping Products Duty (£2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026) applies to e-liquid rather than the device.
Is the Koko Prime a good first pod kit?
Yes, for adults who want minimal set-up. There are no buttons or settings, coils pull straight out and in, and the two airflow positions are chosen just by which way the pod faces.
How should an old Koko Prime be disposed of?
Recycle it as electrical waste (WEEE) because it contains a built-in lithium battery. Use a vape take-back point or a household recycling centre that accepts small electricals, and never put it in general waste.
Can I order Koko Prime kits in bulk?
Yes. Kits are sold individually at £16.99 each and Purple and Grey can be mixed in one trade order. Contact our trade team for a quote on larger volumes and add Caliburn G coils for repeat sales.
