COSS Wholesale – 1500mAh Charging Hub Pod Kit with Auto-Refill Capsule
The Vaporesso COSS is a two-part system: a slim 250mAh COSS Stick that you vape from, and a 1500mAh COSS Hub that both recharges the stick and refills its 0.6ml pod from a 7.5ml e-liquid capsule. The stick fires at 9W through a 1.2Ω mesh pod for a cigarette-like mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw, and a cotton-filter pod is included for adults who prefer a filter-tip feel. It is a distinctive premium line for any pod kits wholesale order.
Instead of filling a pod by hand, the user presses the drop button on the Hub and it tops up the stick's pod in about 60-second cycles. Ask our trade team about COSS spare pods, or browse our Vaporesso replacement pods range for other Vaporesso devices. A common question is how long the COSS battery lasts; the answer depends on the Hub, which stores 1500mAh and recharges the stick each time it is docked. If customers want a conventional single-device kit at a lower price, the COSS vs Luxe Q2 comparison is a useful one to show, and either can be filled with salts from our nic salt wholesale range.
We supply the COSS per kit in five colours through our Vaporesso wholesale UK range. Shops ordering from our vape wholesale UK catalogue, retailers using vape wholesale Manchester delivery and buyers who want to bulk buy vapes UK-wide can ask the trade team about availability and volume pricing.
Key Features & Benefits
The 1500mAh Hub recharges the stick when docked and refills its pod from the 7.5ml capsule.
At 17 x 9 x 93.5mm the stick is close to cigarette size and easy to hold.
Press the drop button on the Hub and it fills the 0.6ml pod in roughly 60-second cycles, with no bottle to handle.
A fixed 9W output through a 1.2Ω mesh coil gives a tight mouth-to-lung (MTL) draw.
A second 1.2Ω pod takes cigarette-style cotton filters, and a box of six filters is in the kit.
Four indicators on the Hub show charge in 25% steps, and the stick light shows white above 30% and red below.
The stick cuts out after five seconds of continuous puffing and on low voltage or short circuit.
The Hub charges over USB-C at 2A, taking about an hour from empty.

What Makes It Different
Refills itself from the Hub
The COSS Hub holds 7.5ml of e-liquid in a capsule and pumps it into the stick's pod at the press of a button, so adults rarely handle a bottle during the day.
Charge on the go
Every time the stick goes back in the Hub it is recharged from the Hub's 1500mAh battery, a little like a wireless-earbud case.
Filter-tip option
Alongside the 1.2Ω mesh pod, the kit includes a cotton-filter pod and six filters, which suits adult smokers who like the feel of a filter tip.
Why Choose It?
- Hub recharges and refills the stick
- Slim, cigarette-sized vaping stick
- Two pod styles including a cotton-filter pod
- Clear battery and fill indicators
- Rechargeable and refillable, not a single-use product

How long does the COSS battery last?
The COSS Stick holds 250mAh, so it is designed to be docked in the Hub regularly. The Hub stores 1500mAh and recharges the stick every time it goes back in, and the Hub itself charges over USB-C at 2A in about an hour.
Which pods fit the Vaporesso COSS?
The COSS uses its own COSS pods: a 1.2Ω mesh pod and a 1.2Ω cotton-filter pod, both included in the kit. Each pod holds 0.6ml and is refilled automatically from the Hub's 7.5ml capsule.
How does the automatic refill work?
Fill the Hub's capsule, dock the stick upright and press the drop-icon button. Each cycle takes about 60 seconds, and two or three cycles usually fill the pod to the max line. The fill light flashes five times and stops if anything is wrong.
Is the COSS MTL or DTL, and which e-liquid suits it?
It is a mouth-to-lung (MTL) device running at 9W on a 1.2Ω coil. Nicotine salts and 50/50 e-liquids suit it; high-VG liquids made for sub-ohm tanks are too thick for a low-power MTL pod like this.
Is the COSS legal to sell in the UK after the disposable ban?
Yes. The ban from 1 June 2025 covers single-use vapes, and the COSS is rechargeable with refillable, replaceable pods, with a 0.6ml pod well under the 2ml TPD limit. It may only be sold to adults aged 18 and over.
Does Vaping Products Duty apply to the COSS?
No. Vaping Products Duty is charged on e-liquid, at £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026, not on devices like the COSS. The duty applies to the liquid your customers put in the Hub.
Is the COSS suitable for beginners?
Yes, for adults who already use nicotine. The Hub takes care of charging and refilling, and the filter-tip pod gives a familiar feel, though the two-part system takes a little longer to explain than a basic pod kit.
How do I dispose of an old COSS?
Both the Stick and the Hub contain lithium batteries, so treat them as electrical (WEEE) waste. Take them to a vape take-back point or a recycling centre that accepts small electricals, and never put them in household bins.
Can I buy the COSS wholesale?
Yes. It is listed per kit at £34.99 in five colours. Stock levels change, so contact our trade team to check availability and ask for a quote on larger orders.
