How to Use
- Confirm you are 18 or over and already use nicotine.
- Fit a quality 21700 cell, or an 18650 with the supplied adaptor, observing polarity.
- Fit the 0.2Ω or 0.15Ω TPP coil into the TPP X pod.
- Press the top button, rotate the ring and open the bung to fill with e-liquid.
- Let the coil soak for around five minutes.
- Press fire five times to switch on; SMART mode suggests a wattage.
- Set the airflow ring, then press fire and inhale.

Which coils and batteries fit the VooPoo Drag X Pro?
The TPP X pod takes Voopoo TPP coils, and PnP coils can be used with a PnP pod; the kit includes TPP-DM1 0.15Ω and TPP-DM2 0.2Ω mesh coils. For power it takes one 18650, 20700 or 21700 battery, sold separately, and an 18650 adaptor is supplied.
Is the Drag X Pro for MTL or DTL vaping?
It is built for direct-to-lung and restricted lung vaping. The 0.15Ω and 0.2Ω mesh coils run at high wattage and suit higher-VG e-liquids; the airflow ring can be narrowed for an RDL draw, but it is not a tight MTL device.
How do I charge the Drag X Pro?
You can charge the fitted cell through the USB Type-C port, or remove it and use an external battery charger. Using a dedicated charger also lets customers keep a spare cell ready, which suits heavy users.
What is the maximum wattage?
The Drag X Pro runs from 5W up to 80W in pod mode and up to 100W in RBA mode. SMART mode can set a recommended wattage for the fitted coil and caps output at the coil's limit.
How do I fill the pod and prime a new coil?
Press the small button on the top, rotate the ring to reveal the silicone bung, open it and fill with e-liquid. Close it and let a new coil soak for around five minutes before starting at the low end of the coil's rated range.
Is the Drag X Pro legal in the UK?
Yes. The single-use vape ban from 1 June 2025 does not cover reusable devices like the Drag X Pro, which has a removable battery, a refillable pod and replaceable coils. It may only be sold to adults aged 18 and over, and the UK pod is limited to 2ml under TPD rules.
Does Vaping Products Duty apply to the Drag X Pro?
No. Vaping Products Duty applies to e-liquid, at £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026, not to devices or batteries.
How should old devices and batteries be disposed of?
Both the device and its lithium-ion cells are electrical waste (WEEE) and must not go in household bins. Take them to a vape or battery take-back point, or a recycling centre that accepts small electricals and batteries.
