Seal Wholesale – 1200mAh 40W Refillable Pod Kit with IP66 Rugged Silicone Body
The Voopoo Seal is a rugged, pocket-sized pod mod with a ribbed liquid-silicone grip over a zinc-alloy chassis and IP66 protection against dust and water. Inside, a 1200mAh battery drives 5–40W through a 2ml magnetic pod that takes Voopoo PnP coils, with TR1 1.2Ω and TM2 0.8Ω mesh heads supplied for MTL and restricted-lung vaping. It is a hard-wearing, lower-priced option for shops buying Voopoo MTL pod kits wholesale.
The Seal recharges over USB-C and uses a refillable pod with replaceable coils, so it is a reusable device that the 1 June 2025 single-use vape ban does not cover. Customers comparing the Voopoo Seal vs Smok Acro will find both suit MTL vaping with an OLED screen and a choice of button or draw firing; the Seal adds 200mAh more battery, 40W of headroom and an IP66 rating. Anyone asking which coils fit the Voopoo Seal can check our FAQ, and repeat orders run on Voopoo PnP coils and pods.
We list the Seal in five finishes in our MTL pod kits wholesale range. Shops ordering through our vape wholesale UK service or vape wholesale Manchester deliveries can bulk buy vapes UK-wide and pair it with 10ml salts from our nic salt wholesale collection, which suit its 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω coils.

What Makes It Different
Built to take knocks
The IP66 rating and ribbed silicone covering make the Seal a sensible choice for adults who work outdoors, travel or tend to drop their devices.

With 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω mesh coils, a five-hole airflow slider and 5–40W, it covers tight mouth-to-lung and looser restricted-lung draws without changing kit.
Familiar PnP coils
Because it uses Voopoo PnP coils, the Seal shares coil stock with Drag-series and other Voopoo devices.

Which coils fit the Voopoo Seal?
The Seal uses Voopoo PnP coils and supports PnP coils of 0.3Ω and above. It comes with a PnP-TR1 1.2Ω mesh coil (10–15W) and a PnP-TM2 0.8Ω mesh coil (12–18W), and its GENE chip detects the coil fitted.
How long does the Seal's battery last?
It has a built-in 1200mAh battery, and one reviewer reported well over a full day of use at 12–13W. Battery life depends on wattage, coil and how heavily the device is used. It charges over USB Type-C, and it does not support pass-through vaping while charging.
Is the Seal for MTL or DTL vaping?
It is designed for mouth-to-lung and restricted direct-lung vaping. The 1.2Ω coil with the airflow closed down gives a tight MTL draw that suits nic salts, while the 0.8Ω coil with more airflow gives a looser RDL pull. It is not intended for full direct-lung sub-ohm vaping.
How do I fill the Seal pod and prime a new coil?
Pull the magnetic pod out, open the silicone bung on the bottom, fill to 2ml and press the bung firmly back in. Leave the coil to soak for three to five minutes before your first puff.
Is the Voopoo Seal waterproof?
It carries an IP66 rating, which means it is protected against dust and strong water jets, such as rain or splashes. It is not designed to be submerged, so keep it out of water and dry it if it gets wet.
Can UK shops still sell the Seal after the single-use vape ban?
Yes. The 1 June 2025 ban covers single-use vapes only, and the Seal is rechargeable with a refillable pod and replaceable coils. It may only be sold to adults aged 18 and over. Vaping Products Duty of £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026 applies to e-liquid, not to the device.
Is the Seal TPD compliant?
Yes. The UK pod holds 2ml, in line with TPD rules that cap nicotine tanks at 2ml, nicotine at 20mg/ml and refill bottles at 10ml. A larger cover in the box is for Voopoo's separate 4.5ml PnP MTL pod, which is for markets outside the UK.
Is the Seal good for beginners?
Yes, for adults who already use nicotine. Auto-draw mode and coil detection keep it simple, while the screen and wattage control give room to adjust later. The tight 1.2Ω setting suits adults moving from cigarettes.
How do I recycle an old Seal, and can I order it in bulk?
The Seal has a built-in lithium battery, so take it to a vape take-back point or a small electricals (WEEE) recycling bank, never a household bin. Trade buyers can order it per kit at £14.50 across five colours; contact our trade team for a wholesale quote and stock availability.
