Buy Freemax wholesale stock for your shop: Fireluke and Mesh Pro sub-ohm tanks, the mesh coils named after them, replacement glass and the compact Galex Nano pod kit, all on one page.
Freemax wholesale: tanks, coils, glass and a pod kit
This page brings together everything we carry from Freemax in one place. Most of the range is built around sub-ohm tanks and the mesh coils that go in them, with replacement glass for the tanks and a single compact pod kit for customers who want something smaller. Each item is listed singly or in the coil pack shown in its title.
Because the tanks, coils and glass all come from the same maker, a shop can carry a short Freemax line and still answer most repair questions at the counter.
Freemax tanks are the part of the brand customers ask for by name. The coil and glass sales follow from whichever tanks you put on the shelf, so it pays to start there and work outwards.
Pick one or two tanks
A Fireluke and a Mesh Pro cover most sub-ohm customers. Add older generations only if regulars ask for them.
Match the heads
For each tank you stock, carry the coil listing named after it, so a customer can buy a replacement the same day.
Keep spare glass
Cracked glass is a common reason a tank comes back. Glass listings sit at a small price and stop a lost sale.
Add the pod kit
The Galex Nano gives you a compact refillable option for customers who don't want a tank and mod.
Freemax tanks fit onto a separate mod, so pair them with box mods and the batteries those mods take.
Rules that apply to Freemax hardware
Tanks, coils and pod kits are refillable hardware, so the rules that matter are about capacity, spare parts and electrical waste rather than single-use devices:
Tank size
Under TPD rules, a tank or pod used with nicotine e-liquid must hold no more than 2ml. Check the capacity shown on each listing.
Spares on sale
For reusable devices, GOV.UK guidance expects replacement coils and pods to be on sale separately. Freemax coils and Galex pods cover that.
Electrical take-back
The Galex Nano has a rechargeable battery, so WEEE take-back applies: in store or through the Distributor Take-back Scheme.
No duty on hardware
Vaping Products Duty of £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026 falls on liquid, not on tanks, coils, glass or empty pods.
Our retailer compliance guide covers age checks and the single-use ban, and our vape tax guide explains duty stamps on the e-liquid you sell with these tanks.
Ordering Freemax stock: practical checks
A few things to check before you add Freemax to an order:
Read coil titles closely. Freemax names heads by tank family, and some listings carry several resistances as options. Pick the ones your customers use.
Check glass against the tank. Glass is listed by tank name; confirm the match before ordering, as some names are similar.
Think about the liquid. Sub-ohm tanks suit higher-VG shortfills, so add a few 100ml shortfills to the same basket.
Start small. There's no minimum order, so you can take one tank and one coil pack to see how they move.
Frequently asked questions
What Freemax products do you sell?
+
We list Freemax sub-ohm tanks (Fireluke 2, 3 and 4, Mesh Pro and Mesh Pro 2), mesh coils for each tank family, replacement glass, and the Galex Nano Pod Kit with its empty pods and GX coils. Everything is shown on this page, and each item's title gives the pack size.
Which coils go in which Freemax tank?
+
Freemax names most coils after the tank they suit, such as Fireluke 3 coils or Mesh Pro coils. Heads can differ between tank generations, so check the coil listing for compatibility before you order. Stocking the coil named after each tank you sell is the simplest way to cover replacements.
Do Freemax tanks need a mod?
+
Yes. The tanks on this page screw onto a separate device, usually a box mod with a 510 connection. They don't include a battery. Customers who want an all-in-one device should look at the Galex Nano Pod Kit, which has its own battery and refillable pod.
Is vaping duty charged on Freemax products?
+
No. Vaping Products Duty is charged on vaping liquid at £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026. Tanks, coils, glass and empty pods carry no vaping duty, though standard VAT applies. The duty is paid on the e-liquid your customers buy to fill the tank.
Why stock replacement glass?
+
Glass is the part of a tank most likely to break. If a customer can't replace it, they often buy a new tank elsewhere. A few glass sections for the tanks you sell cost little and keep that customer with you. Check that the glass title matches the tank.
Can I mix Freemax with other brands in one order?
+
Yes. Freemax items sit in the same basket as kits, coils, e-liquid and accessories from other brands, and there is no minimum order. Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. All vape products are sold to trade customers for resale to adults aged 18 and over.
