The Origin Mini uses Oxva UniCoil heads. It comes with a 0.2Ω and a 0.3Ω UniCoil; on the Origin range the 0.2Ω coil is rated at about 55–60W and the 0.3Ω at about 30–40W. Replacement UniCoils are sold separately, and the same heads fit the Origin X and Origin SE.
Is the Origin Mini for MTL or DTL vaping?
It is built mainly for direct-lung and restricted direct-lung vaping. The supplied 0.2Ω and 0.3Ω coils need higher power and suit high-VG freebase e-liquids rather than strong nic salts. Customers wanting a tight MTL draw are better served by a 1.0Ω coil or a dedicated MTL kit.
How big is the battery and how is it charged?
It has a 2200mAh built-in battery that charges through a USB Type-C port. Battery life depends on the coil and wattage; running the 0.2Ω coil near 60W uses charge much faster than the 0.3Ω at lower power.
How do I fill and prime a new coil?
