Which cartridges fit the Oxva Xlim SE 2?
The SE 2 takes Xlim top-fill cartridges (0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω), Xlim V2 cartridges (0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω) and Oxva's prefilled Xlim cartridges. It comes with a 0.6Ω and a 0.8Ω top-fill cartridge, each holding 2ml.
Is the Xlim SE 2 MTL or DTL?
It is a mouth-to-lung kit. The 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω cartridges with nic salt or 50/50 e-liquid give a classic MTL draw; the 0.6Ω with the side airflow opened gives a warmer, looser vape.
How does the voice feature work?
When a cartridge is inserted the device announces its resistance and wattage, and pressing the side buttons reads out the battery level or wattage. Pressing and holding the voice button turns the announcements off.
How long does the battery last and how does it charge?
It has a 1000mAh built-in battery, and the front light shows the level: green from 100% to 60%, blue from 60% to 20% and red below 20%. It charges over USB-C at 5V/1A. Runtime depends on the cartridge and wattage.
How do I fill a new cartridge?
Open the fill port on top of the cartridge, fill with e-liquid without overfilling and close it. Leave a new cartridge for about five minutes so the coil soaks before the first puff.
Is the Xlim SE 2 legal after the June 2025 vape ban?
Yes. The UK ban from 1 June 2025 covers single-use vapes, and the SE 2 is rechargeable with refillable, replaceable cartridges. It may only be sold to adults aged 18 and over. Vaping Products Duty of £2.20 per 10ml from 1 October 2026 applies to e-liquid, not the device.
Does it meet the UK TPD limits?
Yes. The UK version uses 2ml TPD-compliant cartridges. Fill them with UK-compliant e-liquid of no more than 20mg/ml nicotine in 10ml bottles.
